Dysfunctional management
It is absolutely unacceptable to wait 28 days for the delivery of items purchased from Takealot. The excuse - that some items need to be acquired from suppliers - is, in essence, a testimony of dysfunctional management. Long before Takealot appeared, there was Amazon USA. Never, in all of my purchases from them did I encounter such ineptitude.0 replies

Fastways Couriers are guaranteed to deliver bad service. That happens every time. This time they misrouted my package, resulting in a five-day delay. Stay away from businesses that use this company.0 replies

Continued excellent service The Courier Guy
I have been on the very positive receiving end of The Courier Guy deliveries. Being in rural South Africa is already a good test for delivery companies, and I have, for some time now, enjoyed only 5-star service from them. One can understand the odd problem delivery, but that should not detract from their excellent service.0 replies

PDF-Xchange sold their PDF product as is - without any subscriptions or annual fees. Then they "discover" annual so-called "maintenance" fees, which was not required when they first sold their product. Stay away from this company and it's product.0 replies

Ek sal nie weer van hierdie praktyk gebruik maak nie. Die ongeskikte ontvangsdame en nalatigheid is die redes. Ek het dit vooraf duidelik gestel dat ek nie persoonlik die nuwe bril kon gaan afhaal nie ('n heen-en-weer afstand van 640 km.), en dus moes gebruik maak van 'n koerier. Desondanks het die praktyk nagelaat om tydens hulle kosteberekening die koste van die koerier in te sluit - eers twee weke later die verrassing. Dis nie goeie diens nie.0 replies
