Bad service on my son's birthday today 11 September
Dear Spur Customer Care, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration after the experience I had at your Greenhills Randfontein branch on 11 September 2025. I visited Spur to celebrate my son's 5th birthday, but instead of a joyful celebration, we were treated with disrespect and **************. The waiter assigned to our table refused to serve us and treated us as if we didn’t matter, simply because we are Black. This was humiliating, hurtful, and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the waiter took our birthday voucher and used it. I was so upset by the treatment that I left the restaurant without staying any longer. I also asked to speak to the manager, but there was no manager available at the time. I am disgusted and disappointed that a well-known restaurant like Spur allows staff members to behave this way towards customers. No one deserves to be treated like this, especially on a special occasion like a child’s birthday. I am requesting the following: A full investigation into this incident Appropriate action taken against the staff involved Replacement of the ****** or misused birthday voucher A formal apology for the way we were treated Please take this matter seriously. I look forward to your response.

This is the worst treatment I've ever received from Best Home and Electronics Randfontein the lady by the name Blessing doesn't know how to speak to customers, she shouts instead of speaking to people and she belittles people. Management please see to this.

Bad service from discovery health
Discovery medical aid is the most useless medical aid ever you could be dying and could careless yet you pay your money premiums with no fail but when you have an emergency they just do nothing. I have called them and emailed them yet I have received no response.

Spur Steak Ranches Greenhills
Like any other month I decided to take my kids out and took them Spur Steak Ranches Greenhills the shock of my life I spent 500.10 and ordered for myself the half chicken meal of which the half chicken was off and was not cooked well now I am dying from runny tummy and unable to sleep. I am very upset with the service that I received 😒

Bad service
Customer service is one thing that some African nurses need to be taught @ Randfontein Lenmed health, as you can't be treated like trash for services that you are paying for, as I am very upset with how some African nurse treated me and my son this morning this is not on and management needs to take action. Which private hospital honestly such a person go to get good services.

Unprofessional service received from life health randfontein Robinson private hospital
On the 30th of June 2023 my son was rushed to life health randfontein Robinson private hospital due to a critical condition with his life on the life and having a medical aid the African nurses on duty refused to help my son and told the pharmacies to leave and that they will not assist my 2 and a half year old son, the service received there was unprofessional and the nurses played with my son's life. I have everything on recording of the ill treatment that my son received from the nurses at life health randfontein Robinson private hospital and need hello Peter to assist me.

Terrible customer service
I am not happy with showmax and they treat their customers and would like to cancel my subscription but with no help. As I am paying for something that I can't even watch and showmax doesn't help me.
