They wont delevery your parcel, instead, they'll tell you delevery has failed, they will re attempt to delever, you wont receive any call from them, and when you try to call them... They pick up and hang up. You write an email they wont reply. Try other reliable delevery companies

I feel it's unfair treatment, yes it is my fault that I didn't realize that the debit order bounced 1 month, vodacom didn't even notify me that the payment wasn't trough... They just se t report to credit bureau that I'm. I arrears, by my understanding there are consultants that follow up on missed payments before you report to credit bureau, I only missed 1 month without any communication they just list me missed payment, it's unfair because I have never missed a single payment.
Ordered on the 4th of November, they promised to deliver my order in 14 working days. When you call them they keep saying wait for the SMS, what a bad service. Their services very poor, with staff members that don't care to follow up.
They over deducted in my account without my consent , when I ask them they said they will do an agent refund. Later they asked me for proof of insurance, I sent they... Since then they don't reply to my emails... Please pay back the money

woke up my bank empty, am supposed to go burry my father in Eastern cape today, when i went to ATM to withdraw the taxi fair, the bank is empty, i agreed with Finchoice to deduct on the 25th of every month. Am agently asking for a refund. 0637530861

No customer service at all, you should employ more customer service agencies... I have been waiting on whatsap for my connection to be restored, I'm busy with my exams... No one replies... Or else you use that self service like dstv of where we can reconnect ourself, d*m*t!!!
I have settled my Account on 23rd September trough Burnard Raaff and associates, the paid up letter stated that my name will be cleared with the credit bureau within the period of 21 days,until today I am still waiting, I called the debt collector but they said everything is finalized on their side... Experian told me that they are waiting on Vodacom to update. 21 working days is long overdue. I am stuck with a Vodacom account reflecting 6 months in arrears on my credit report its so unfair. I understand it was my fault that the account falls in arrears, but I settled it with my last 3300. Please have mercy.
