Bankmed has the most professional staff you will ever come across in any business ever. I've been with Bankmed since 2013 and not once have I ended a call with them and come out feeling sour. They are the most respectful, most professional people I've ever encountered in any business honestly. They will literally bend over backwards to assist their customers. I have a very sickly son and have bothered them many times with many different queries and every single interaction has been the most pleasant.
The worst customer service I have received in my life and I've only joined their services 4days ago. I've just been getting excuses since Day1. They installed Fibre but no internet available. Rude advisors on the telephone who speak over you. Give my money back, many service providers in SA wanting my business.
The most unhelpful customer service to ever exist. If you considering taking up any of their products, don't. Complete nightmare. Everything is a struggle. The customer service consultants have such a don't care attitude. Spoke to "Onodwa" and "Mxoliseni" recently on their WhatsApp and they gave the same attitude as if they are trained to not care... No love for their jobs, like they see no value in their jobs and the people who actually pay their salaries. Underwhelming, ALWAYS.

I recently took out an mtn Sim deal, the Sim was delivered and apparently RICA'd. I inserted Sim card the following day in attempt to use it but it was not working, no network, just a dead Sim card. I contacted mtn informing them but nothing was done, about two weeks later I contacted mtn using airtime I had to buy coz I couldn't call them using their not working Sim card and canceled coz clearly no help was being afforded to me. I got reference and later an sms saying it cancelation had been finalized. I am to date getting sms's that I owe them for something that never worked and I canceled too. Went into the branch, taking my time off work to make sure it's canceled completely but still getting harassed to pay for NO SERVICE. Fix this.
I'm extremely upset. I paid my membership with Bonitas for the month of March but they terminated my membership. Pharmacy direct is trying to claim for my chronic medication but they keep rejecting. I'm almost out of medication thinking my meds will be delivered. If I default bcoz of this, I WILL TAKE YOU DOWN WITH ME BONITAS.
I am extremely dissatisfied with your service. I sent my SICK son's script 9 days ago and have had ZERO feedback. I keep calling and keep getting told about a pharmacist who must attend to the script but isn't doing so. I called on the 6th and was told a story. I called today again and spoke to Keletso who hung up on me. I never had these problems when we were working with pharmacy direct. This is not okay as my son needs this medication.
Every month it's the same thing. Bank charges that don't make sense. I can't be doing the same thing every month. I've finally moved my salary and need my accounts closed ASAP coz this is not working.
I am definitely moving my salary to another bank. I keep getting charges on my account saying "items paid no funds" and nobody can give me a valid explanation for them. One consultant in an attempt to get me out of his way told me it's swipes I did with no funds in my account but I had funds and my incontact shows that I did. Who swipes with no funds in their account firstly and secondly I do not have an ovedraft for that to happen. I need these charges reversed and my accounts CLOSED ASAP. No assistance from the consultants on the app either. Just close them all, I've worked with better banks, I'll gladly continue with them with my 1cent salary that isn't valued at fnb thnx very much.
