I ordered specials from Makro online. Delivery date was yesterday. I waited all day. Phoned twice yesterday. First time order has been dispatched, they gave me Wumdrop cell nr. Wumdrop says he didn't have anything for me. 2nd call they said courier would bring today. According to my order, it was dispatched 02 March. Nothing came. I phoned again, order has been dispatched, but please hold I want to speak to Wonderboom. I wasted R110 cellphone airtime holding, then call was dropped. Phoned again - order has been dispatched, will escalate. I even phone Wumdrop driver today and he said he had escalated it. No! my parcel was due yesterday. This is not on. My chocolates will be melted by the time I get them. Makro, you disappoint me!!
I ordered Fellowes Shredder oil online. It was delivered in quick time.
I applied for a new card in October. Last week I emailed them, and the reply wasif I don't get anything by Monday 31 October, I must please go the the store. So On Monday I get an sms saying my card is at the store. Today, I go there, and was told that the store will phone me when my card is there. After much ado, the cashier phoned Head Office, where she explained my story. Ah, they don't know where my card is, they'll have to order another card. Another 10-14 days wait. Then I must ignore the sms and wait for the store to phone me. I don't have transport and rely on others to take me to the store. Woolworths, it seems your service is going backwards. I am unhappy with this.

I placed an order on 22 July, and received it yesterday, 25 July. From the Cape to Gauteng. I'm impressed. Thank you for your fantastic service.
How long do I still have to wait? I ordered 2 books on 11 July 2022 as Birthday presents (Delivery 2-7 day) I emailed them, and their reply was "We apologise for the late order. We will follow up with our couriers and let you know as soon as we hear back from them." This was on 20 July 2022. I phoned yesterday too. They will get back to me. Nothing is forthcoming. Why do I have to chase them? Unacceptable service!

I am still awaiting delivery of my 2 boxes. They got to Pta office on 18 Dec. I phoned on friday and was told maybe saturday or monday 21 Dec. Phoned just after 8am this morning, and was told someone from deliveries will call back. I phone again this afternoon and Dan said he would call the driver. Dan phoned back, and said ud he couldn't get hold of of the driver as his phone was off. So I assumed it was out for delivery. It is now 8:53pm and nothing has been delivered yet. What is going on?
Angel at pick n pay hyper by the sea, is an amazing lady. She helped me with a new cellphone, and got it all set up for me. I got home, and couldn't get it to work, so I went back, and voila she was able to get it going for me. A big thumbs up for Angel.
