My pet insurance claim was processed at lightening fast speed, but that is not the only reason for the good rating. I lost a pet, and the Outsurance team was genuinely concerned and treated me with great care and respect in my hour of darkness. Keep it up, Outsurance, you are the best by far!

Be Aware of Buying from this Company!
I placed 2 orders: 1 on 19 Feb 25 for R434.98 and again on the 27 of Feb 25 for 549.94. Total R984.92, to date 1 order has been captured (twice) and is "payment outstanding"; the other order does not even reflect at all. When I queried the order, a slow reply said they no longer stock the product. (but it was advertised and I bought it the same day.) I have been trying to communicate via email, WhatsApp and telephone, but there has been no response! This company takes your money, and that's the end. No goods are supp****, and no matter how many times you ask, you cannot get your money back!

The service was easy and fast. Delivery took place quickly, and I had no trouble buying online. This is an efficient company, and your card details are safe. I shopped around for my printer, and they were the cheapest—in fact, R3k more affordable than South Africa's favourite online shop!

Shocking Service
Checkers 60 60 has become Checkers 120 120 and although the products are advertised, they are out of stock. Checkers you are beginning to drop the ball. Your fellow supermarkets are watching you!

False advertising
The shoes were too small, as advertised, changing your shoes is NOT for free, photos proving you have not worn them. (Desite being encouraged to try the shoe before returning, this is DEFINITELY NOT an option). R360 penalty later we have learned our lesson about false advertising!
