Breach of Confidentiality by Manager and Consultants
I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of Best Home and Electric Cosmo City Recently, I became aware that both a manager and a consultant from this company discussed my account details with another client. Manager Mpho, consultant Mpho and another consultant i did not get her name. This is a clear breach of confidentiality and trust. As a paying client, I expect my personal and account information to be handled with the highest level of discretion and integrity. Sharing my details with a third party is completely unacceptable and a violation of professional ethics. I trusted best home and electric with my information, but this experience has left me questioning the company’s values and internal controls. I urge the company to take accountability, address this breach, and ensure that such a serious violation does not happen again. Clients deserve privacy and respect. I hope Best home and electric treats this complaint with the seriousness it deserves.

Worse service ever i have received from Lerato Mokoena. Instead of checking my 2 statements of July and Aug she's busy telling things that are not correct Instead of investigating. I can't pay full amount on areas for July and August still comes with arrears and this agent Lerato doesn't do her job of investigating. Please don't buy at best home their service is a joke

Bad Service
I have since placed an order on the 26th of January and still no communication has been done on the where abouts of my order. Called their call centre however as useless at they are I was never assisted. Spoke to several people including Lebongang Nkosi but still dead end. I am very disappointed. @Makro can I please get my order delivered ASAP

Don't Buy at Lewis / Best Home and Electronic
If you wish to get something on credit, please avoid by all means best electric and Lewis. You miss one payment and you are called by rude agents especially ladies in Krugersdorp best home and electric they are so rude and follow you qt your work and home for payments if you can't manage for a specific month you are told to get a loan so you can pay them. I regret getting in an agreement with this people. The harassment is too much. Please avoid them at all cost.

I paid for next day delivery only to find out that my order will be delivered after 3 days. Takealot is ****ming people with this "pay for next day" delivery thing and they don't deliver was also not refunded my money I paid for the delivery.

Never use this company
I am not happy with this company they are not professional at all. I have an order pending delivery from the 8th. Everyday when I check status the parcel Is on its way to be delivered before 5pm however I end up not getting my parcel when I call the driver they don't bother to pick my calls. Never use them. Bunch of useless people. .

Poor customer service.
Made a withdrawal on the 6th of December and still haven't received my money. When I call with my own airtime I'm been transferred from department to department without any assistant. Hollywood has a bunch of idiots. Need to be compensated for all the airtime I used from day one of calling thier office.

This is the ****iest company I have ever dealt with, just bunch of idiots who don't pick their calls if it happens they do you don't get assisted. I need my parcel delivered, you can't tell me from the first till today you falling to delivered something which is already in Jo'burg to Cosmo City. Cartoons company. Never use them.
