My two‑pot withdrawal has been stuck at the same stage since 06/03/2026. For the past five days I’ve been following up, but every time I only receive the same reply: “We are aware and working on it.” What makes it worse is that my colleagues who app**** at the same time have already been paid. The administator assigned to my withdrawal is not helping , i am starting to believe she doesnt know whats going on. Please sort out my payout.
Am trying to make a claim and I need information on how to do it. I call your numbers on a monday ! Not a holiday a Saturday a monday at 10:21 am. I get an automated call saying no one can get to the call I must leave a massage we need that money for the funeral please help

I made an insurance claim for my car after it was written off. I got a courtesy car, and everything seemed to be in progress. I submitted all the required documents, but I haven't been paid yet. Recently, I received an SMS from Europcar asking for the car back. My claims agent said the payment usually takes between 2 to 7 days and when they pay then i can give the car back, and we are on the 5th day now which i fine they still have 2 days to pay. However, Europcar is still pressuring me to return the car and the car hire is for 60 days as per insurance wording. Despite my claims agent saying the payment has been made, neither I nor my bank have received any funds. I've even checked with the bank, and there's no incoming payment. I'm confused and frustrated and no one from naked seems to know what's going on when I call. The car tomorrow will be on my account but I have 60 days of car hire additionally the funds are not in my account but the claims agent tells me I should return the car. I called and sent emails. This is frustrating
They take your money before and then they don't deliver. The is no call number, the WhatsApp they just ignore you, and if they do reply it's not really useful. I am still waiting for the parcel even now
None of your communication systems are working. I want to do something as simple as changing my banking details. The online chat system is not working , The website is not working i cannot change anything there , you do not have contact numbers , your email says it takes 4 business hours to respond but its already 3 days later , the call me back feature is not working also. How are we supposed to contact you ?
The teaching and Lecturing is world class. However the student support and admin is poor. You will wait weeks for issues to be resolved , that is if they do attended to them.
I submitted a claim on the 25th of August 2021 , after that no communication. I called to ask for feedback i was told to wait as the 5 to 7 days has not passed. Today is day 8 am asked again to wait another 3 days additional. You cannot play with people like this especially in my case is a death claim , am grieving and then i have to deal with your poor service.
Been Sending proof of Residence for 9 weeks now seems as if you , your self don't know what you want as proof of Residence. Can you please just complete my application so I can withdraw my money and invest with a competent company. I sent another email today with proof of residence please complete this quickly Please Please
