Daily spam calls from this company even though I have no past history with them an have never given them my number. Other people have this same complaint. Please don't do any business with them ever so that we can take action against them for their widespread abuse.
Appalling service from Game Cresta and from the company more generally. The complaints process is useless. Companies that treat customers with contempt as Game does don't deserve to have customers. AVOID! David Medalie.
I was satisified with the service I received from Sani Sixt at the time but weeks later I have not received my deposit, even though they confirmed that I returned the car in perfect condition. The ten working days they say you should wait have long since passed. They say they'll respond to emails within 24 hours - they don't. I won't be using them again.
I almost had an accident because a Checkers 60 Sixty deliveryman was driving very dangerously and recklessly. Reporting this to Checkers was very unsatisfactory. They assume no responsibility whatsoever because they say the deliverymen are 'outsourced', yet they must bear some responsibility because the deliverymen are representing their company. They refuse flatly to give thje contact details of the company to whom they have outsourced the deliveries, saying vaguely that they willl pass on the details. This means that I have no way of knowing what action, if any, has been taken and what will be done to prevent further reckless driving. Appalling customer service!
I decided to use CarLicence to renew the licence disks for my two cars. I paid and received a confirmation email. After that nothing happened. The licence disks were not delivered and all my emails have been ignored, including one in which I have asked for my money back. It seems to be a ****.
I would like to add my warm appreciation to the very positive assessments of Kathy Cohen (Oh-Yes Properties). When I mentioned to Kathy that I was looking for a property as an investment opportunity, she immediately sprang into action and found me a very good deal: a beautiful flat in exellent condition, well situated, at a reasonable price. She also found me excellent tenants who give me no trouble at all. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Kathy has many years of experience and a strong instinct for what will work and what won't. In addition, I found her to be engaging, obliging and down to earth. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for her and I had the impression that my welfare as a client was her chief priority. Appalling service from Stanlib. I'm finding it impossible to register on the website. I keep getting generic emails which tell me to do the same thing over and over, to no avail. If you phone and finally get through, the employees offer unhelpful and contradictory advice. If they promise to phone you back, they never do. .
I have been using Neighbourhood Plumbing (based in the north-western suburbs of Johannesburg) for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough. I appreciate the prompt, efficient and courteous service and am always confident that I will be charged a reasonable amount. The owner, Mr Mark Sher, is a gentleman of the old school. I would advise everyone to avoid Matrix Warehouse, especially the Cresta branch. I bought a laptop there which hasn't worked properly almost since the first day. They are unable to repair it and uninterested in doing anything about it - they sent it away and weeks later it came back still not working. Their customer service is appalling. And the franchise manager, to whom I reported it, promises to look into it and report back but doesn't do so.
I am disgusted that DSTV is dropping Channel 123 (ITV). It's one of the few channels worth watching, with its excellent dramas, informative quiz shows, etc. DSTV offers little for one's money these days as it is and with Channel 123 going, it scarcely seems worth keeping one's subscription.
