There was an agreement to debit my account on my salary date. Nedbank decided to debit my account 3 days before my salary date leaving me broke. When I enquire, they indicated that they decided to do what they did at their own accord.
Checked in feeling fresh, woke up feeling ill. Figured it was weather change and I had caught flu. Got pills, woke up better, went about business. Got back to hotel, just got get ill. Got more medicine and missed my meetings on Wednesday. Stayed in room but didn't get better. Went to meetings on Thursday and suddenly recovered. I then asked that they change my Linen but when I got back to room, I got ill. Ended up sleeping in car and there my breathing was fine, no coughing. I was super angry to think I missed important meeting coz of illness caused by the room. Had spent an hour in a colleagues room in the same hotel and I had no adverse reaction. The pictures speak volume. Pity I didn't have my swabs to take samples to be tested in our lab As if that is not worse, I order through room service, the chef laces my burger with season that could go on top of 50 other burgers. I take it back and the chef promises to refund. Check out date, the manager tells me they need bank statements, and proof that I swiped my card. Wow
I have had a funeral cover for years with old mutual. I was approached by a consultant trying to sell me extra cover and I refused to get extra cover. Then the damn consultant decided to cancel my cover. 2019 til now, I sit thinking I have cover and I am suddenly told that my years' investment is cancelled. How do they kill me when I am still alive. When you send email, you receive automated emails and not calls.

If you have debt related to the University of Free State, know that this law firm will call you and you will be treated like a criminal. I have received 2 calls from them with the last one being now, and I felt I was a crook. And mind you, this is student debt. One would think that student debt would be handled with a bit more sensitivity especially because one is trying to improve themselves to contribute positively to the country. Wish I could play the lotto and get the money to pay these people because I honestly feel like I am a criminal who is running away.

Multichoice did zero after my review on Hello Peter. Instead, I visited a dstv agent at waterglen shopping centre and met Lebo. She listened, she wrote down my complaint, she took my number. She called every single day to give me updates until the matter was resolved yesterday (04/06/2021) since October 2020. I phoned multichoice yesterday before Lebo phoned me to check on my matter. I threw my toys out of the court and insisted on a manager. Luckily I spoke to Sonwabo from pricelock. From 2,200,000 Scoville Heat Units at the beginning of my chat with Sonwabo to 0 at the end of the conversation. My matter appeared like peanuts to him because he handled it whilst I was on the phone. Furthermore, he gave me an offer as consolation for all the heartache caused by pricelock. Its a pity these two stars work for dstv because their work ethic and customer care supercedes how my matter was handled by dstv and how incompetent reps handled this matter since I've been calling the call center in November 2020.
I was contacted by Dstv and offered pricelock in October 2020. They delivered the decoder in November but did not send an installer. They billed me for a full service in November and October, pricelock amount, but there was no installation. I stopped the debit order and tried contacting them to get a resolution. We are in May 2021 and I apparently have a balance on my account which is not allowing me to revert back to normal compact and I am sitting with a decoder that is not installed I spend over R500 on calls to miltichoice without a resolution. They are always escalating the matter. I went to an agent and the agent told me I must go to pricelock. I get to pricelock and they tell me all they do is offer new contracts they can't help me. I must drive to Randburg FROM PRETORIA. dstv pricelock service is disgusting and as it stands, I have no tv connection and no resolution. Sies!
Please please please, maintain this level or standard of service. Screening =100%, admission = 100%, maternity ward = 1000%, maternity nurses = 1 million %, catering = 100%. For a first time mother, I highly recommend this hospital for peace of mind and ease into an additional responsibility
How does a bank allow people to play around in their client's bank account and when you dispute, you are told to handle it with the "one that debited". When will FNB start protecting its clients? Its really getting tiring and the processes we have to go through to get assistance, especially for a person with comorbidities, its appalling. Then the bank says "keeping you safe during covid". One other thing, I think bankers are useless because they will tell you "i am unable to assist with this and that, call this number". What is the point of a banker? Unless I have a wrong definition from the dictionary.
