I am having a headache experience with Renault Motus select east rand Boksburg - I bought a brand new car - the window rubber is damaged on the driver side. They keep on making promises that it will be resolved, I have been through every person at the dealership and nobody seems to take it serious. It is now 6 months and I am still waiting - every time i go to Renault they promise that it will be done and it is ordered - they say they are waiting for the ship to come with parts. I think the part was on the Titanic cause it never made it. It is terrible to think you buy a brand spanking new car and then you have to wait for every for a rubber to be replaced - very bad service.
Bought a base paint that was mixed for me today at Builders. There is only 800ml in the tin and the salesman told me due to the base that is to be mixed to colour. These base tins have less in for the mix etc, but it does not come to 1l once mixed. Yet if i buy 1l white velvaglo it is what you pay for 1l, not 800ml. Yet the mixed colours are more expensive but for less paint? 200ml of paint is quite a bit if you need to cover the last bit of wall or cupboard you are painting... bit of a ripoff ... there is a form on contact us for Plascon SA but you cannot submit it - not much use for it either.

I have made a online purchase on CNA website, it is a xmas gift, i am not getting any updates or any correspondence advising progress of order, horrible service.
Our router is not working after a outage we had in our area - now our router is not working - i work from home so ja now i cannot do my daily function, the call centre line is horrible to call you hold on for hours and then while a operator is busy with you the call drops, how do you get your query resolved?
