Yesterday I tried to place an order online with Shein unfortunately the order didn't go through but the money was taken from my account. I went to the branch in the morning and they logged incident ( 118288374) for me and within 5 minutes I received an SMS saying the query has resolved and now it's closed. Without any further information why they didn't inform me about the outcome in the sms or send me an email? I tried to contact them via Whatsaap and they told me I have to contact Shein and ask them to give me the letter or wait for 14 working days to get my money back. I have proof of chats from Shein informing me that the order didn't go through yet Capitec refused to give my money back. I had a peace of mind with Standard Bank I don't why I changed to this Bank. Please release my money.
I bought 20GB of data but they told me that I bought it for the wrong number but when they send screenshot the number is correct, so I guess that's the way of scamming people start by giving them the good service then boom they scam you. Don't bother yourself about this company and the customer service is not good as well
I wrote this message with a very heavy heart because of this crooks and unprofessional company. The car was due for inspection on the 31st of August but when I went there on the 03rd of August to make the payment they demanded to do inspection so they can charge me extra. Well when they don't find anything to charge me they bend down underneath the car and they found a little scratch then they charged me R7500 for it they even charge me for the side mirror which was already damaged when I took the car. I don't wish even for my worst enemy to deal with those crooks and worse they are so unprofessional you can call until u drop the phone without them taking down the details of the person and boom they will call u again asking about the same thing that you called to report I paid a deposit of R17500.00 and I was charged the full amount for this month while I don't have a car. All I want from them is to terminate my contract and refund me the money that I paid for this month cauz I won't rest until I get justice. When I call they keep on saying they will call back but they never will.
Am writing this post with a very heavy heart Am using MTN SIM card but since yesterday my sim card is not working and I don't what's the problem it's says the number is not available on MTN network. I called today and I spoke to Nomkhosi Mbatha the agent was very rude and it look like she don't know what she was doing when I ask to speak to a manager she told me there is no manager available on the floor, The question is what kind of service provider where the is no manager to assist when agent stuck on doing their job. The agent that I spoke was very rude she don't understand how painful it is to stuck without your number. I hope MTN will reimburse my data because I had purchased 7 days data that unable to use it due to their system error. The number that I called with is 0732643016. I will be glad if MTN can listen to that and understand what we go through as customer due to their employees.
My sister had insurance with Ackerman's fin rite. I've requested them to give me the statement stating how much my sister was covered with so I can apply for letter of authority up to date, no one is giving me the correct information they keep on giving me run around even their agents it look like they don't even know the procedure that needs to follow. Am so disappointed in them because I need to apply for the letter of authority and they need this information. I would like to advise all South Africans about this.
As write this review am writing with the very heavy heart. I want to warn my fellow South African about the insurance company called unlimited. My sister passed away in November and when we try to claim I was told that they need letter of authority in order for them to pay, to my surprise what kind of insurance company don't give the people an option to choose their beneficiary when they take the policy. If you don't want your loved one's to go through what my family went through just be careful with them. According to me this company is scam because they know exactly what is the long process to get the letter of authority it took weeks and you have to travel up and down before you get it . Save your family from heartache and stay away from this crooks.
Bad service ever only if I knew. As am writing this we are stuck in the middle of nowhere, the bus is broken sad part is that I already booked another ticket from JHB to Witbank and now I won't make it because of this. This company needs to be removed permanently on this industry, this is not the way to treat people
Am so disappointed to EXACT. I bought the device on the 22nd of May and the device was faulty because the speaker was not working when i return it they said they will book in for repairs. My question was how can they book it in for repairs while the device was not working from the start? They said its because i returned it on day 8. I understood i gave them the benefit of the doubt and i stayed 3 weeks without the device until it was returned from the repairs. I used the device for July and August on the first week of September the device was broken again the power button was not working and its not charging. The device is only 2 months old but already its broken twice. I returned the device today and i was told they will book in for repairs again, what is so difficult to see that device was faulty from the factory? I know that they are running business but its so painful if they rip us off ours hard earned money, I paid R3000 for that device but now its look like i need to buy another device because EXACT decided to disappoint me.
Good day I bought the sonny experia at exact gateway on the 23rd of May and when i get home the device has no sound, i can only use it when am using earphones but because i was working on the following day i couldn't take it back. When i take it back i was told that the person who is dealing with the devices he is not available i need to come back on Monday the following week. I returned the device and i was told that they will book it in for repairs my question was whose fault is that the device has no sound and did't get the response because i can't buy the device and within 7 days its already damaged. Am so disappointed with their poor service even today i don't have device
