I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for the past 10 years and today, when I needed that same loyalty, they could not give it to me. My phone was stolen on the 27th September and I reported it stolen to Vodacom on the same day and they blacklisted the phone. I was unaware that there was insurance on that phone as I have 4 other lines on my name. When I called in, Vodacom did not tell me I could claim, they did not go that extra mile to see what my options were. I saw on my statement this month that I have been paying for insurance for over 2 years, so I call into the insurance department and they advise me to write a motivational letter, get an affidavit etc and take it into a Vodacom shop. I did that today and my claim was denied because I failed to claim within 30 days. Yes, I accept responsibility for not checking my statement every month, but if I knew I had insurance then I would have claimed within the 30 day period. So now I have to pay for a phone I don't have for the next year even though I have insurance! THANKS A LOT VODACOM
Absolutely horrible customer service. They don't answer their WhatsApp, they don't answer their emails. You sit without internet and have no idea why, their website is so unhelpful, it's just very frustrating. Their prices are good but it's really not worth all the trouble. I would pay an extra R50 if I'm guaranteed great customer service
As usual, I am so impressed by the service received from getWorth. I traded in my previous vehicle and received my new car all within 1 hour. I had a very good experience at GetWorth, they offer a very professional service and really good cars. I am so happy with my Renault Clio, it took 3 days to get my license disc and number plates. That is unheard of, especially in a pandemic. My sales consultant, Jaydee went out of her way to accommodate me and get my vehicle ready on time. Thank you so much, I don't think I will choose another dealership
This company is the absolute worst to get in touch with, they never answer their calls, you're lucky if you get an email response. I logged a dispute which has been resolved yet the dispute is still on my name and it needs to be taken off because I cannot apply for credit with a dispute on my name!!! Can someone contact me please
I had the most beautiful food experience at Sabria's, I ordered their samosas which are extra crispy, I had their jalapeno cheddar melt rump which literally melted in my mouth, and then a beautiful crème brulee to end off the night. The service was excellent as well, everyone is helpful and friendly.
I am very happy with the way my house was cleaned, but when I found out that the cleaner will only be getting less than HALF of the amount I paid, I was utterly shocked. I find this absolutely disgusting, these workers have to travel using their own money, they are not given separate travelling fees. For example: If I pay R250 to get my 1 bed and bath cleaned, then the cleaner receives about R120, and that is for 1 bed and bath, however, they have to clean the rest of the house as well. PAY YOUR WORKERS WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am utterly disappointed with Takealot, I have been a customer for years and have never had an issue until now. I don't know if it's the lockdown that's hurting you, or if you guys just stopped caring altogether. There are hundreds of customers complaining on social media platforms about late deliveries, no communication and no refunds being done. I have been waiting for my parcel that was scheduled to be delivered in May, I was told my parcel needs to be located by the courier. I have asked for a refund and have received no feedback at all. But they post on social media without fail everyday but no replies to any complaint. Seriously don't know what to do, don't know who to contact and just fed up!
