Pathetic excuse for * & ***ion

I must admit, that I am really NOT impressed with this new SARS, that we have in this country now. They always advertise, that you must be a responsible citizen, & report any *****/*******ion, that occurs in this country, BUT, unless you have the wrongdoer's ID number, they cannot/will not assist you at all. Its no wonder, so many people, commit ***** in South Africa.

Service is deplorable

My husband & I have now decided to no longer support this KFC at Kempton Gate Mall. The orders are always incorrect, the chicken is mostly stale , the chips are overcooked, the mash & gravy is never that, only gravy, you have to ask for chilli salt, & these people need to go back to school. The drive thru is an absolute nightmare. In future, we are going to support the branch in Birch Acres, as you always get what you have ordered there, with no arguments or problems at all. The staff at Kempton Gate are downright rude & arrogant.

FALSE ADVERTISING

Every single time I have gone into Total Energies, to the Steers take-away, to buy food for my husband, I look at their menu, which advertises all these chicken pieces, with side, BUT this particular store DOES NOT have any chicken. No matter what time of day, you go there, they DON'T have any chicken. Now, to me, that is false advertising. Why show something, if you don't have it in stock & its been like this for more than 4 months already. Every time, I get the same excuse, "come Friday", & they still don't have chicken. Seriously people, do something, or remove the advertising with immediate effect.

Best Checkers by far

I must admit, that ever since Checkers has moved into our area, I prefer buying all my groceries & household products from this store at Kempton Gate Mall. They are always clean, & so professional & the staff are amazing. As soon as you walk through the door, they make you feel like you are a part of their family. Keep up the excellent work everyone, you are wonderful.

***** your money & don't give the correct order.

Right, I have had it with this company. I have just been to their branch at Kempton Gate, my ticket number 2280. I ordered the special, streetwise 5, & a normal boxmaster meal for my husband. His meal was a burger & chips, with a buddy coke. Totally incorrect. My special is supposed to come with 5 pieces of chicken, chips, 2 mini loaves, 1 mash & gravy, & 2 cups of coke zero. Get home in the pouring rain, my meal is incomplete, NO mash & gravy. I am never buying from this branch ever again, & I will not recommend them to anyone I know either. The machines that you place an order on, never work properly, half of what I want to order, is never in the correct place, you NEVER get what you order for, yet thry are very quick to take your money.

Best service ever

I must admit that ever since a new Checkers opened up at Kempton Gate, the service is out of this world. The staff are always friendly, & I always find whatever I need at this branch. The service is the best that I have seen, in a very long time. Hats off to all the staff & managers. The store is always clean & everyone is always so helpful.

Poor service delivery

For some reason, lately when we buy takeaways from the KFC store based at Kempton Gate, the food quality is NOT GREAT at all. They never give us what we ordered & 99% of the time, the food is either not cooked properly, or it is so greasy & stale, that its not worth buying from them at all. Last night, the chicken was so oily, I couldn't hold it properly & it also felt like, this chicken had been lying around for 24 hours, instead of being fresh. The meat was old & tasted disgusting. The staff never listen when you go through the drive-thru & you always have to ask for the chili salt, as they never provide any at all. I will most certainly, NOT be buying from them ever again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else I know either.

AWESOME Customer Service

I must honestly say that all the staff at Truworths, Festival Mall, are excellent, when it comes to their Customer Service. They are most helpful & so friendly. I love shopping at this store. Keep up the AWESOME work, your store is the greatest.

I must say that I am very impressed with the staff at African Bsnk, Festival Mall. They really assist with all our queries & everyone is very polite. Well done everyone.

Worst service ever received

We will never ever recommend this business to anyone we know, not, now, not in the future, to our family, friends or business associates. They are the worst when it comes to customer service. We cannot complain about this service, because there isn't any service to complain about.
