Fines are not showing in PayCity. I have been on hold for over an hour waiting to speak to someone. This department is the exact epiphany of the current government. No single care about service delivery.
My nephew accidentally purchased Duolingo via the app and the payment went through ApplePay. The purchase was made and cancelled on the 15th of November and Apple support was contacted on the same day and a ticket logged. The refund was logged today (18th of November). I contacted them today asking why the funds are not reflecting and they are telling me about 14 to 30 working days or if the payment is still pending, I could “possibly” receive my refund on the 23rd of November. This is unacceptable. The third party returned the money, why is it taking the bank so long to return the money when the payment is still pending?

The internet connection drops every single day and when you log a ticket, you are told that the drop is not visible on their side. I’ve lost so many hours of work. It has come to a point where I have to restart the router every single time this happens because reaching out to their WhatsApp based support is a waste of time.

Does not allow you to log another review if you have already reviewed the business. I want to review the same business for different services and I can’t.
Spoke to 2 consultants and asked them to please take me through how the pricing has changed from 1 Jan 2024 till now and what the benefits will of the price increases. The first consultant kept repeating that the fees increase every year in July and the information is available online. She then refused to assist with the request. The second consultant asked me for my ID number 4 times and then hung up on me. The third consultant boldly told me that the information is available online and I should use a laptop or computer to access it. I told him that I do not own one and he told me there are computers at the branch. When I asked him if he is not allowed to take me through the price increases, he said that it will take about 30 minutes or more and then hung up. The pricing guide is confusing, has too much content and doesn’t always make sense. Why would the consultants not be willing to help?
Placed an order for a headboard and base on the 28th of April at their Midrand branch. The floor assistant (Andries M) told me that the order will be ready for delivery by the 31st of May. I have been calling them during working hours and I get promised call backs and receive none. Went to their branch today and I am being told about a delivery date in July. Asked for a refund and they are telling me about long processes. Imagine sleeping on a mattress on the floor in this cold weather to be told such nonsense!
I app**** twice and just got my time wasted. The agents were non chalant and one of them even refused to show me other units on other floors. The management is as *********** as the agents in handling any complaints from clients. One of the managers hung up on me this morning when I enquired about an apartment that I app**** for and the unit was delinked with no reason provided.
Takes orders and client’s monies and then disappoints that a few days before their big events. Hides behind being a Christian and using God’s name to gaslight people that she ****med. She then boasts to the same clients that she gives horrible service to and blocks them without paying them back. If it was possible to not even waste the one start on her, I would give her no stars.
The call centre harasses me with calls every flipping day of the week. They call with a 087 number and when you pick up, no one says anything and then hang up. The number changes every day so blocking it doesn’t help much.
