Woolworths please explain to me how do you expect me or anyone to eat something immediately after buying it because I bought the sweet potato churros on the 1st of August and the used by date is the 2nd which is the next day, I wouldn’t finish 10 pieces in such a short space. I threw away so many food items because of the expiry date issues in my house because we are a family of 4 and it’s not possible to eat something and finish immediately .
The best pharmacy with efficient delivery, I bought the La Roche posay sale on the 31/05/2025 and I have received my package on the 3rd of June 2025. I’m very pleased as this was a sale items but it arrived quickly to my door step.
I’m really so disappointed on their pizza. They must close down if they can’t deliver the best service. I bought the pizza in Sandton. I will never buy from them
The bank doesn’t care about consumers and the service is horrible, yesterday 27/11/2024. I visited the branch to try and open a business account and a lady Lydia Padi at The Reds mall in Centurion assisted me. I had all the documents for new application as I went to Lifestyle before to ask for information. I sat with the lady for an 1:30 and she said I was going to get a call from FICA for a bank approval before the end of the day, no one called me and at night I received an email from customer care that read as follows We’re devastated that things fell apart just as we were getting to know you, and we’d love a chance to make it up to you, so if there’s anything we can do to get your Absa Business Banking application going again please call us on 0800 227 592 or email us at mybusinessbanker@absa.co.za Your application reference number is RBD-488870. The following day 28/11/2024 I decided to call the call center to understand the email, to my surprise the lady didn’t upload my documents and the reference number I was given yesterday was no longer valid and I needed to do the application and send through my documents as the refence is no longer valid. I told the consultant that I wasted 1h:30 minutes at the bank and now I must redo the same thing, and I said no thank you. I tried to call the branch and Lydia to find out the reason she didn’t send my documents but no one answered the phone . I will never set my foot at ABSA bank I’m annoyed because I wasted my time I should have went to any bank that I could see at the mall.
Uber eats is a ****, I have released that there’s a R50 that they deduct every month , I haven’t use the app for 4 months because of such deductions even after I deleted the app they will try to go into the bank for this deduction fortunately I didn’t have the R50 in my bank account yesterday (19/09/2024) I got a notification that my order was not successful but I didn’t order anything. I have removed my bank card on the app and deleted the app. People who are using the app may check their transactions more often.
I bought a car in October last year and the dealership recommended car track, it was installed on the car then. The car is on my company name and the details I was using changed and I’m now I’m struggling to get them to update my details and I don’t have access to the app I can’t locate my car , this is a worry for me because my car is a risky car (Ford Ranger) they keep sending me back and forth and nothing gets done.
I’ve been buying and selling my luxury items at Luxity for years now, one accident that put me off is that they care about people’s personal information. I was minding my business on the 27th of March 2024 and I received an email that my purchase has been successfully and I called immediately to say I didn’t make any purchase on the day, they said some guy came in and gave them my name and surname to make a purchase on my name and I told them that’s not me so how did they allow such mistake and the lady told me that thry will investigate and get back to me. The next day 28/03/2024 i have send a WhatsApp message and they told me that the person that assisted the guy on my name was absent but the manager was going to contact me. The manager by the name of Michaela said she spoke to management and they said it was a mistake that the purchase was made on my name and it’s human such mistakes do happen. Sandton branch is careless on peoples personal information. I will never support their business and I have requested the store to remove my personal information from their database because they lost me as a client.
I went to mall yesterday 08/12/23 and I parked upstairs did my errands and when I was supposed to leave went to the first parking machine to pay the machine upstairs next to Tasha’s is not working, I went to the send one inside the mall, the machine says the ticket card is not readable and I went to the 3rd machines both machines downstairs are not working, tried to call their intercom they don’t answer, I was stranded at that mall for more than 30 minutes and the queue was long and one car guard came and went to look for the people that works for the parking machine, this is the second incident in 1 week. The parking machines never work in that mall and it’s sad that there’s nothing that is been done about it.
I visited bounce today with kids, I had a good experience with the staff members very friendly and very welcoming. Thank you to the team members at Bounce Fourways.
On the 27th January 2023 we have signed an OTP with the agent buying land that we were interested in, the OTP had all the necessary information including the deposit clause, which said the deposit amount will be held in lawyer’s interest bearing account as per Section 86(4) of the Legal Practice. These lawyers were hired by the seller they have send an email requesting the FICA documents which we were able to do so. Fast forward to now when the registration has taken place we got a confirmation that the registration has taken place on 31/05/2023 on the same email we we’re requested to furnish our bank account details to pay the interest that was due to us. 1 week later we are told that the deposit was not deposited into the interest account as there was a form that we were supposed to sign on the day I brought the FICA which I was never given to complete or sign. This behaviour is unacceptable as the OTP is the legal contractual agreement. These lawyers are behaving as if us as buyers we had a contract with them yet we have signed the OTP with the seller. I will also report this to Legal Practice Council.
