Absa has definitely shown me a terrible experience, From not working overseas to basically charging me for things not explained to me when i opened the account. And today marks the last draw, As i was given a second monthly charge.
There's a service Agent by the name of RINA, I have owned three VW Vehicles and whenever I have a service due I consult with RINA. I can honestly say she takes care of her clients. I am happy with regards to the level of service I receive from her.
They do not call it royal service for nothing. Claims getting approved in 24 hours with panel beater already assigned. Thanks for the royal service.
Wesbank gave me the lowest rate when i applied for vehicle finance, Today i understand why their rate was low because their service is very poor. Their Call Centre is composed of incompetent employees who spend time talking instead of listening to your issues. I would never recommend anyone to use wesbank.
I visited Park Ford in Vanderbijlpark, the aim of my visit was to obtain a quotation for a vehicle service. The service was horrible despite that they stipulated that there will delays due to the IT system. I was very content with delays due to the system, but i am very disappointed in the personnel service.
In March, I was quoted a premium at the value of +/- R 16 000.00. In May the value of my premium is now +/- 14 000.00. Miway please stop calling me if this is what you have to offer.
In the 6 days that i have been with Cartrack i have experienced the following: 1. My tracking device was not installed properly. My car was damaged. And when I requested to fix this. They booked me an appointment and when i got the branch it seems as if the branch had not booked me in. On top of that i was told it would take an hour to fix. But it has taken 3 hours already. 2. My account was debited twice and on my enquiry i was met with a very rude response. If i cancel my contract due to bad service am i still liable to pay a cancellation fee???
