My Husband has been waiting for almost a whole month for a reply from this so called Medical aid.....with regards to his chronic medication ....they are very quick to deduct money from his account but as far as delivering on feedback for his chronic medication is a joke ...maybe they want him to die .....I have all the evidence to get a sue u for not delivering on your so called promise
Good day I have a problem with your business....i sent all the relevant documents that u requested and i still don't have an answers....why do u take a whole year almost to get back to a customer???? ...this is unacceptable really
This Company is the worst....u wait ages for them to reply on any of your requests.....i sent them my dad's policy number ID number and the service Ref number but still no response....very quik to take people's money but when it's time to pay back they can't....julle is sleg stru π€π€π€
I app**** for a 2 month loan on Friday 26 May 2023 afternoon by the Boksburg Branch....i was told the funds will be in later that afternoon .....Saturday morning nothing....went to the branch to enquire why it's taking so long ....i was told it will reflect in the afternoon hence the immediate payment was made after 4 o clock....ok so after 12 o clock came and went it's 9 o clock 27 May 2023 still no funds in my account.....This is BEYOND POOR SERVICE...I honestly don't understand why i stiΔΊl don't have any funds in my account....im littrely not doing any business with u people after my two month's are done....your service is poor honestly π€π€π€π€
IT'S REALY TRUE WHAT THEY SAY.....IF SOMETHING SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS.... No really....i have made the biggest mistake of my life by moving my salary to old mutual really. I can't wait for this three months to be over in order for me to cut they MONEY ACCOUNT CARD to pieces and post it on there social media page ....they have the worst service ever ....no no no in the whole universe.....i will make sure that i tell everyone of your bad service....
My honest oppion ....this Company has put me through allot of grief and heartache this month....i can honestly say that i will no longer do any business with them .....i could write a book....with regards to there poor service.....my poor dad did not even get an oppen casket funeral.....they must shut their business down completely.....if i have to go into detail ....this post won't even cover it....lets just say please do not .....i repeat do not open a funeral policy with these people .....i am begging u
