Guys I'm not sure if you know and are aware. Uber is robbing us blind and we don't even know it. So you book a ride and driver accepts the price. Uber then puts a hold on your payment until ride is complete. Here's the catch, if the ride takes longer then they estimate you the rider is held liable for that trip. So say for instance there are roadworks or an accident, Uber actually puts the blame on you, and charges you for the inconvenience. This is completely ********* and should be reported to the authorities or Consumer Complaints at provincial government.
Very helpful. Guided me throughout when i struggled to log in on their website
*********. Lot of ******, beware they load a debicheck and then take your money R250, and you are unable to get a refund. You pay for no services provided
Today I went to Capitec Bank to cancel my Funeral plan, which they did. However my payment made wasn't refunded due to some clause on thi plan stating I can only cancel in the first 31 days. Also the debicheck mandate prevents one from getting your money back of you cancel after the 31 days I think this isn't fair as you are forced to remain or lose your money to the bank
on 17 November Wahseema Isaacs called me regarding a program called Debt Assist. I was not interested, but found out i was placed under debt review as of 17/11/2023. This is *******, and i therefore request that the debt review status be removed from my ITC profle with immediate effect. Failure to do so will lead to me filing a legal complaint with the NCR, SA Consumer Council to have your COmpany declared *******. Any monies taken from my bank account, will be reported to the SAPS as theft. I give you 48 hrs to respond. to my email
I was called for a Clientele Perks policy that would cost me R140. I cancelled the policy and requested a refund as I have not used their services, to my surprise I was told no refund is due, because I signed up for Car Insurance and I was covered for that month. I never received a policy document to inform me of the type of policy I signed up for
My account was in arrears and I made arrangements to pay the arrears off through double debits for more then 6 months. When I asked for a statement to show why my arrears we're not settled after 6 months. This company didn't even bother to respond via email. I'm still waiting, according to their account dept I stil owe R90. They are still deducting my normal premium of R104. But I don't even know if my cat is covered. Poor seevice
This group of Attorneys have found a way to manipulate the Credit Laws in their favour. They buy loan books from Banks and other credit companies that has past its prescription dates and then start sending emails and sms;s to you. If you don't respond, they then send you an sms warning you of a S129 letter that has been issued in a Court of Law. They are so clever that they dont have this letter issued in your Province, but in a completely different Province as they are aware that you dont have money to travel there to dispute the issue in Court. Does anybody know where we cab report them for malpractice as they are circunventing the Law to enrich themselves. And how do you employ incompetent staff who have no clue of what Customer Service is all about
This company buys over loan books and then haunt you for money on expired/ prescribed loans
My debit order failed and I then requested Homecloud for assistance to pay cash. I was helped by Anele and Thobekile who both confirmed that they would sort out this issue. After 48 hours nothing has happened. Anele promised me on 03/02/2021 at 08h58. Sir your account will be activated in 3 hours. It is now almost 36 hours later and nothing... What's happening Homecloud, you got your money, so where is my service??
