Good quality product at a great price

Load shedding 5G disaster.
Horrific internet speed with load shedding on the 5G network, support is very bad, The worst ISP support I have ever had. They don't reply to Emails or answer the calls Ever since load shedding, major problems with the 5G Network been more than a week now and nothing.

Level-7 wireless / fibre are the best
I have been with level-7 for just over a year and have barely had any problems at all to me they are the best ISP I have ever used. connection speed as promised 24/7 never throttled or any speed problems at all.

Poor quality control, more shocking than Eskom
Your quality control is horrific, thank god you don't do medicine or we would have tons of fatalities on your hands. PLEASE REPLACE the person responsible for quality control with a person more responsible or capable of doing the job. I have received more than 10 cartons of Peter Stuyvesant double cool were 80% of the buttons/ capsules are already broken or missing and that is in EVERY BOX!
