I'm very disappointed with SADV, they are a very useless ISP. I paid my Vuma with Easypay using my Capitec pay, the payment did not reflect but it went through and I even have a proof of payment. I since logged a call Friday very early in the morning. SADV told me it will be resolved in the next 24-48hrs, but it's been 4 days now and every time I do a follow up all consultants tell me they escalating the matter. No ref number nothing, escalation everyday but it doesn't get to anyone to help. Please assist I'm tired, 0765285054 Kabelo
My Vuma router was installed 3 days ago, I received an sms saying the wifi will be active within 24 hours, it's been 3 days and it's not working. I contacted the service provider SADV and they kept telling me my router is active. I then took initiative to contact Vumatel directly only to be assisted by a very rude lady by the name of Debrah/Deborah. She told me on the phone that I am abusing her when I told her I can't find my order number and that isn't there another way to link my info. She kept babbling about how customers are unreasonable and all that nonsense. I'm not happy with the service at all, I'm frustrated already that my wifi is not working only for Vumatel to be rude to me
I joined Z-Fin because I wanted them to remove me from debt review. They asked me to send an email to the company I'm on debt review with to ask for transfer, I did exactly that. Unfortunately that company rejected my request, I came back to Z-Fin to ask them to cancel my contract with them since the other company rejected my request. Z-fin told me it's not a problem they will do that, unfortunately two weeks later I'm still calling them with the same thing and every time I call they tell me about escalation and the lady is rude too. They don't wanna cancel because they wanna keep debiting my money every month. I'm really not happy with their service
I ordered wifi from webafrica, they called me to schedule an installation. On the day of installation they did not honour their appointment, I contacted them and they rescheduled but still no one came. This went on for 3 weeks, I got fed up and I asked for my refund of R399 and they said it'll take 10 to 15 days. It has been a month and I haven't received my refund, every time I contact them they tell me they escalating my query, worse they don't have a direct line where I can call them, I only communicate with them on watsapp which the communication is not effective as compared to a phone call. Their service is the worst, never seen anything like this ever, I feel ****med right now by webafrica
The experience I had this morning when I went to buy coffee at lattelicious in Bedford centre was on another level. The staff is very friendly, they made me feel welcome and served me well. Their coffee is very nice and the presentation was exceptional as well. Thanks a million to lattelicious Bedfordview for your great service. #WIN
Hi. Last night I placed an order on Scoot for a McD big mac and a happy meal, oreder no. 199280. The order took longer than it was expected then it was collected from the restaurant by the driver called Matthew. The driver got lost as he was searching for my address, I waited for him outside for long as he was busy driving around to find me and when he finally found me, the drink was spilt and my food was wet. The driver apologized to me while laughing, the apology was not sincere. I contacted Scoot for assistance but they did nothing about it. #Win
Yesterday I went to try the food from Chilli Pepper in Diepkloof zone 3 on Immink Street, wow I was blown away. They make delicious and a rare range of bunny chow. I was so satisfied with their food and thanks to the cashiers, they so friendly. I am definitely going back for their food.
I went to clicks in Bedford center for self meditation in their pharmacy. The two pharmacists Nkosana and Kobus was very helpful and funny, I got what I was looking for without a hassle. Thanks guys great service.
I just took a funeral cover from Outsurance and I was assisted by a friendly consultant called Lerato. She was soo friendly, charming and chatty, the service she gave me was exceptional. Thanks Lerato xoxo
The services of this bus are terrible. I use a Ghost town station in Diepkloof, I arrive at the station at 6am every morning but all the buses just pass without stopping coz they all full. I sometimes get a bus an hour later at 7am or tapout and leave the station to go catch a taxi. The worst thing is that when I tapout it charges me even when I didn't have a trip and no one takes us serious even when we complain about their nonsense service.
