Gee Whiz!!!! What awesome customer service. Deserving of 5 stars plus. Excellence in Customer Service beyond the norm. I ordered an expensive product and it was shipped by them within a few hours. Three days later, I got a call from the Courier to come and inspect the parcel at their warehouse as it was damaged. (A total write off, actually.) I informed Geewiz as a courtesy, just to keep them in the loop. Within a few hours I got a call from Geewiz. They will send a new item the next day at their expense, and they will deal with the Courier to relieve me from that hassle. A big thank you to Geewiz, and especially Noxolo who sorted this out for me.

Ordered and paid for products from Reliable Store on 18 May 2022. Finally delivered half the order after two-and-a-half months, and lots of back and forth e-mail correspondence and excuses from them. After querying the short delivery, I was told they had no stock of the other items. So, I asked for a refund, and after another two-and-a-half months, and lots of back and forth e-mail correspondence and excuses from them, I am still waiting for the refund. Do not buy from them, they are untrustworthy.
I have purchased products from Chavda International on three different occasions and each time the product was delivered as ordered, well packed, and within a week. From the moment of placing an order, I have been constantly updated on progress with my order and advised of delivery details, etc. Thank you Chavda for outstanding customer service.
I have a fixed line LTE Internet service package through MTN. I very carefully monitor my usage on a daily basis so I don't run out before month end. I had problems in April with the info on the monitoring app which was inaccurate and resulted in me running out of data 4 days before month end. I logged a ticket and got a reference number with a promise of a follow up. Despite asking every few days, after over a month I still am waiting for feedback.
I went into the George branch of FNB yesterday to open a new account. The bank representatives were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. The whole process was finished in double quick time. Very impressed by the high level of customer service.
A day late and a dollar short. Customer Service is shocking. Ordered an ADSL via LTE service from VOX Telecom late in September and impressed on them how important it was to get the service a.s.a.p. as we run a business from our home. They promised beginning October and kept telling me the service had been booked for shipping to us on 1st October. They eventually actually only shipped on the 5th after repeated phone calls to them. Turns out the service manager had misread my e-mail and only shipped the simcard. The service had to include an LTE router and they finally arranged for me to borrow one from one of their technicians which I then only got on the 7th. Once that was installed the service quality was so poor that it often took 10 minutes to download an e-mail of 300 Kbs. That went on till the 15th when the service improved during the mornings but afternoons and evenings was terrible. Some evenings no service at all. When logging a ticket it takes 24 hours before a reply. Service is still up and down and very erratic. I can't even send them an e-mail any more as their server is down and their manager doesn't respond to WhatsApp messages any more.
