Sars callback system is pathetic! Whoever Kabelo is at Sars call centre working on call backs should be fired! Calls I answer and they hang up... Then Sars complains that people don't want to pay their taxes when their customer service is of the worst quality.
I ordered my food at 20:30 from golden falls spur and it's currently 22:30. No communication received from driver nor the restaurant. I decided to contact the driver and he tells me to unsign the order to him his unable to make it. No customer support agent to contact me and reverse my payment. These places main concern is taking your money and forgetting about servicing the clients. Pathetic!

Glenvista Primary School Glenvista primary- worst school in the south of johannesburg Glenvista primary is the worst school in the entire Gauteng. After making many complaints about the victimisation of our child today we picked him up from school and noticed he had defecated in his pants. Rushing him home to get bathed and changed he stated that his teacher does not allow kids to use the bathroom after breaks. Not only is the education at its poorest in this school, the teachers are absolutely useless and more concerned with taking selfies for Instagram and WhatsApp posts than attending to the kids. I urge any parents who are thinking of Glenvista primary as an option to reconsider any other school. THIS IS ABUSE ! No child should have to sit in a classroom in their own filth due to an abusive teacher!
FNB',s PayPal services is the worst when you need to withdraw your funds into your bank account... Holding on the line for assistance for more than 45minutes no answer. Send emails. No response. Does anyone know of other methods to withdraw cash from PayPal?
Purchased items from this company on 30 November where they promise your delivery takes between 1 to 3 business days. It's the 16th of December and I have not received my order... They don't help much with tracking orders either.. When requesting a refund nobody gets in contact from their customer service. Poor service for a seed breeder
The driver calls me from this company with my delivery I am expecting from Aramex, and asks me my delivery address. I inform him and then he tells me his not coming to my area and will give my parcel back to the office and hung up the call... I don't know if it is covid causing courier services to be this unprofessional or if their business is just a fly by night. Please be aware of this ****py company going forward
I've been waiting for a parcel delivery since the 4th when this companies tracking system showed it has been received at its Johannesburg facility... Worst service ever and the Customer service agent Portia is of no help whatsoever. Promised to provide me with feedback and nothing till this day! This company will be the downfall of companies utilising their courier services... I placed an order with a reputable business on the 30th November 2020 and it's the 11th and Aramex has not delivered the product. Now it's unfair to lash out on the business I ordered my products from but Aramex customer care consultant Portia will be the downfall of their business. I asked her to check what's happening with my order and it's been 2 hours with no response from her...
Very poor customer service for a company that has online and WhatsApp groups to chat to you . None of the services they provide for clients work at all. I have emailed them regarding my online order placed with them on the 27th of November and I do understand that there must be high volumes but to pay a company and not hear a single word from them via email, calls nor the WhatsApp group for online orders is just absurd... Will definitely not bother purchasing a single item from them again.
