My deye inverter was installed in July 2023. Nd not even 2 years yet and led screen not working, ****le not working. Poor quality. Poor customer service
I recommend Affordable Power Solutions without reservation. I was looking for a company that I felt confident would install my system, not take a large deposit and disappear with my money.. I wanted speedy installation without waiting for weeks on end for suppliers- This is APS. I wanted customer service/support and professionalism- Junaid Van Rooyen at APS was an excellent salesperson and addressed all my concerns in a consumer- friendly and professional manner. I wanted a recognized and accredited solar company- This is APS. I am very satisfied with my solar system but above all, with the customer service I received from APS. Keep up the excellent standard!!
I have had a bad online purchasing experience with glo lighting. I ordered a few light bulbs on 18 March to date more than 10days later nothing delivered and no communication. When I call to enquire I am kept on hold for a long time and, I am then promised that it will be delivered the following Day, the following day arrives and nothing is delivered, again with no communication whatsoever. I don't think I will purchase from this store anymore
I have been a loyal client of vodacom this company is run by a bunch of crooks. On the 19 December 2022 I was called by a sales rep who lied to me saying that he will migrate one of the plans on my vodacom profile in a way that will allow me to get more data instead of sms nd this will cost less. He lied because when I saw my invoice the migration costed about R200 more. I called vodacom cancellation department immediately to request cancelation, I called numerous times to confirm cancelation nd they promised me that they canceled it and to my shock on 31 December 2022 I get an sms saying my migration is processed. I called again nd asked why they haven't canceled I was not given a clear explanation and what shocked me more was that they actually migrated me to another plan where I am to get R500 airtime per month which I didn't agree on. Now I have to pay extra when I requested cancelation immediately and I even have to pay for something I didn't agree on. This is foul play on another level.
I claimed in January for a concealed leak in my bathroom, the repairs were delayed and were only completed around 6 months later, the contractor colorite, which they appointed to my claim has incompetent staff to say the least, they disconnected plumbing on basins to retire the bathroom but the reinstallation was done poorly and now the contractor keeps making empty promises to come and fix their mess. I have contacted the insurance to complain about this, but to date the insurance has not assisted me.
PLEASE READ THE FULL BROCHURE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE RENTING WITH THIS COMPANY. They would never disclose all the terms and conditions upfront because they know they would go out of business if they did.They would rather refer customers to their website for terms and conditions knowing that few customers would go and read every line. I'm URGING every1 to go and read EVERY LINE before renting a car and you WILL change your mind. My wife was involved in a car accident with one of their cars where it wasn't her fault, a drunk driver drove into the back of their car. Firstly they don't want any1 to tow their cars but that night their emergency line was unavailable to assist us as a result, I allowed firsthelp who was first on the scene to assist us to tow their vehicle. I didn't want to leave the car standing there since their emergency line was unavailable. I called them in the morning to inform them and they demanded I pay for towing nd storage but they are the ones who were not answering when I called.I fought this in my situation of stress and anxiety nd If I didn't fight it I was going to have to pay. Their access for damage to the vehicle is R4311 which I paid then I get a bill of about 10 000 from them. When I query this, the term of DOUBLE ACCESS now applies( which was not disclosed when we signed) coz according to them the car is a write off. Somebody please tell me if one of their cars drove into me, what would have happened? This is what would have happened: my insurance was going to claim from their insurance, I would have to pay my own access or their insurance was going to fix my car. They were not going to be harrased for a double access so please tell me how any of this is fair. On top of that, their staff are rude to say the least, I was called by a GLORIA VAN ZYL from collections who had much attitude and only after I obliged to pay the double access did her tone change. I have decided reluctantly to pay this access but I have decided to refer the matter to the consumer ombudsman for the stress this company has caused me. I pay my insurance every month for a rental then when I need it I get placed in the hands of crooks. PLEASE DONT FALL INTO THE TRAP, GO TO THEIR WEBSITE AND READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LINE BY LINE BEFORE YOU SIGN!!
Please do not trust this company, the owner is Travis Cowan. He takes very big deposits, does not complete the job then abandons the project. I gave him a major job to do around my house in Dec 2019 and to date he still hasn't completed and left my house looking like a mess. I now have to scramble money to fix what he messed up.
My first and worst experience. I bought blinds almost 3 weeks ago from this company. According to "The Courier Guy" who is their courier service they have filled in ALL the information incorrectly on the waybill as a result my product could not be delivered to me. They called me on 9 July asking for the correct details as the cant get hold of me and promised me it would be fixed and would be delivered on Friday 10 July 2020.On Friday 10 July, blinds still not delivered and when I contacted courier guy the correct details were still not updated. I am no longer buying blinds from this company anymore!!
