The store in Durban on Umngeni road, I went to purchase a jersey that was on sale for R700 as stated on the tag. When I got to the till, they tell me it is not R700 but R1000 and I tell them that is false adverti*****t. They still insisted to sell me for R1000, do not buy from these guys as the false advertise only to get to the till and tell you a different price.
We had a really bad experience with Makro online. We made an order of 3 items on the 12 th of Feb with delivery date to be 17th Feb. The courier guys company sent an sms that the items are to be delivered on the 17th. I Made arrangements, cleared my day and waited for items that never arrived. I had to make contact with courier guys and spoke with their operations manager by the name Henrico Koekemoer. He gave me a run around, and did not seem to care much. He promised items to be delivered on the 18th. They only delivered two of the 3, I made contact with Makro and I did not get any sort of response. I still haven't received my last item, no one seems to be showing care at all. I went back to the Courier guys ops manager, and still did not give me anything tangible about my last item. Quite disappointed by Makro and Courier guys.
Worst service ever. Yesterday I got a message that I should expect my delivery. The delivery never came, and today I contacted to ask about it. The manager by the name Henrico Koekermoer tells me that the driver had a car breakdown. My question is why did they not communicate with me so I can get on with my day. He doesn't seem to care at all, asked for a call back and still nothing.
I ordered hush puppies for my son, and I received an adult size. I logged in my return and had issues. I got help from Kira from the support team, and she made sure the parcel was collected. She kept communication throughout the process. Thank you, Kira. You are a star.
Goldwagen does not care about their customers honestly, I am still stuck with the faulty part I have tried to return since the 23rd of January. Escalated the matter, and asked for my return they yet still to call me or email me about the matter. I am so disappointed with this company, I have bought so many parts from them which two were not satisfactory. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, nor I am ever buying anything from them. My car isn't running still, been waiting for my money so I can go where customers are actually cared for, worst business I have had to deal with.
I bought a power steering wheel pump on the 20th of January, I never got a receipt/ slip or an invoice of some sort meaning now im not aware of any of the return policies etc. The part was fitted on Saturday and found to be not working, took it out to return it today 24th of January. Now im told that they can't take it without a diagnosis report to show the pump is faulty, but it isn't working otherwise why would i even take it out when i want my car to run. For me to get that diagnosis done, I have to then take it to the mechanic fit back the pump just to run the test and take it out again and that is more money on my side. It is so unfair that on the day im returning the part only then they telling me about diagnosis reports, but the part they sold me is not working at all. This is isn't the only part i bought that isn't working from them, bought cv joints that were faulty too. I just need my money back.
Bus im on currently to Durban is stuck in East London not far from their depo where they keep other coaches. Well they rather be sending a mechanic then giving us another coach, its frustrating because the coach might just have a problem again far off. Drivers also have a bad attitude dealing with the situation actually.
It has been months now since I made my claim, I struggled to even get in contact with them regarding my claim documents. That finally went through after time, and they asked for me to pay the excess fee which I did and was told the delivery for the phone would take 5 to 7 working days and I am still waiting. This telkom finrite insurance has got to be the worst I have ever dealt with.
