I called FNB this morning (around 10:15 AM) to resolve an issue with DebiCheck mandates not going through on my Business Zero account. After being redirected five times, I was eventually assisted by a call centre agent who gave me the worst service I have ever experienced from a bank. She was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping. When I explained the issue, she told me: “It’s not our problem. Nothing we can do.” When I asked her to clarify, she returned with a shocking amount of attitude, refused to give me her name or transfer me to another agent when I asked for someone more senior. She then stopped speaking entirely and HUNG UP THE PHONE. This is completely unacceptable from a bank I trust with my business finances. I still haven’t received proper assistance for my issue, and I am appalled by how casually FNB allows this level of disrespect to take place on a customer service call. I expect this call to be reviewed and the agent held accountable. I am more than willing to escalate this further if it is not addressed.
I was assisted by a customer service representative over the phone to register my Rain account. Unfortunately, she made an error by leaving out one character in my email address, which has prevented me from logging into my account ever since. I contacted customer service again, and although they assured me the issue had been resolved, I was still unable to log in or make any payments. Out of frustration, I eventually signed up with a different WiFi provider and paid for a full month of what I can only describe as terrible service from Rain. For the past month, my Rain router has been completely unused. Despite several attempts to get help or cancel the account, I have received no assistance. When I called again today, I was told that the account can only be cancelled in the next billing cycle and that I still need to pay for this month—despite not having used the service at all and already paying for a new provider. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Liqui fruit is selling rotten juice. There is an entire batch of their summer pine juice expiring 10.04.2025, that’s rotten being sold everywhere from Zulzi to shoprite and checkers. So disappointed as this is the only juice that I drink but it’s clearly just not safe.
They have a facility on their app to change contact details but after I changed my phone number on the app, my otps were still going to a phone number that I no longer have access to. I contacted secure chat to be informed that u would need to go to an atm to do something as simple as changing my number? I’m in the middle of an emergency, unable to go and fnb decides they’re going to limit my access to MY funds by making it impossible for me to do something as SIMPLE as changing my number so I can transact. There’s no security reason for this as my banking app is verified, I can provide my card details, ID and any other verification necessary. What’s the point of your app?
At ALL hours of the day & night, every day of the week, you can find several groups of drunkards sitting in camping chairs outside of our windows and terrorizing the complex with loud music and even louder conversation sometimes until 5 in the morning. Sometimes, the music doesn't even end! They'll start partying at 2 in the afternoon on Friday and you will find them in the exact same spot when you wake up on Saturday at 9. If you ask them to keep quiet, they respond by getting louder. This weekend, my entire family was woken at 4am by music so loud that the walls inside my house were vibrating. After about 45 minutes, the music progressed to a fight with several men yelling. The security does NOTHING! Security is there solely for decoration. What's the point of implementing a rule that there should be no noise after 10pm and then allowing people to do whatever the hell they want? Are you guys running a shebeen or a property management company? Please decide and let us know so that we can act accordingly. I'm tired of these belligerent drunks not being held accountable.
Please do not mistake my 1 star as a point in their favor, I would give zero stars if it were possible. I'm not sure what's worse- the embarrassingly slow hosting environment or the lack of security and the continuous server issues you will experience (something new, fun and unexpected everyday and you will almost always be blamed for it despite never having experienced the same issue with other hosts). The incompetent customer service representatives will assist you to the best of their limited abilities but should your issue not be surface level and resolved (or resolve itself) within an hour or so, they will immediately wash their hands of the issue and let you deal with it on your own. It seems that the only specialty of this host is BARE MINIMUM.
Absolutely rotten service, no communication and you can expect to wait at least 10 days to receive your parcels.

Never have I received such horrifying service from a business. I wish I had read the reviews and the manner in which they communicate with clients that have negative feedback. After receiving a broken glass from my order and being promised a new one, I was then ignored for weeks. I finally decided to just order and pay for a new glass but had to send several emails over a 4 day period before I received an unsatisfactory follow up about my order. No communication has been received since, their WhatsApp, instagram and phone are all unattended 100% of the time. The replacement glass has STILL not arrived one month later and my new order (placed 2 weeks ago) which was meant to arrive on the 24th has not even been properly confirmed. I’ve finally given up on receiving anything and have no hopes of getting my money back after this review. They’re running a 1 star, poorly reviewed, shady scam of business with 0 communication, a lack of respect for your clients, no available phone number on the internet and a simple minded customer service representative who fights with your clients like a toddler. Please don’t even attempt to threaten to “sue me for defamation” as I have a detailed history of our mostly one sided communication and your unprofessional conduct and would be more than happy to take this matter further if you try to insult my intelligence with unwarranted threats of legal action for leaving an honest review.
