MVIA Extremely ********* - Stay TF away!
Extended warranty client. My waterpump stopped working. I handed the car over to a workshop. MVIA then approved the claim as "Preventative Maintenance", meaning they only get to pay 50%. This company uses legal gymnastics in their wording. They said this is not a mechanical breakdown and it is "maintenance" because the contract says broken parts must be physically broken, as in visibly separated or cracked. Mind you, this is an extended warranty, so accidents aren't covered, meaning a waterpump in this instance cannot physically break apart. Extremely shady, very ********* conduct. Also, I am seeing other positive reviews. I know most of them are **** because at one point when they thought I was happy, they sent a link for me to give a review here. Now that things have gone left and I have escalated the matter, no more emails, no more review requests, just a 21-day turn around period (delay tactics).

Deposit Return Issues - Reviews getting deleted
So they're still deleting reviews. I didn't get my full deposit back. I got legal assistance and received only a portion of it. I then had to go to small claims court for the rest of it, which I didn't have time for. My review here on HelloPeter was removed because I was never sent a copy of my contract evrn after numerous attempts to get it. I recommend asking for a copy when getting a vehicle from them. They also remove bad reviews from HelloPeter so I will continue posting. It's appalling how some of these companies are really trying to get over people, lacking integrity and being sneaky.
