I have received a rude customer service consultant, who doesn't know how to talk to people. I don't have TV anymore as I have been explaining to SABC TV licenses that I will pay and send an affidavit. I have asked for an email to send it to date. A lady by a name of THOLAKELE SHAMANE as she must learn on how to talk to customers.And we are not same age she must treat people with respect.
I regret buying a bachelor at Pta north park mall, from the agent called ROSE to their customer service agents to their managers.I received a welcomed letter in March and started paying levies same month to date. I never had a tenant who used a FIBER but I have been charged told is compulsory who is benefiting anyway. Received an email saying is not compulsory if not, why being charged ans who sent forms for a go-ahead for AXIO CONNECTIONS to take 115 from levy account.One of the agent wrote in a reply to me that Fibre is compulsory contradicting the letter sent to me.A lady by a name Salome mokoena, letter dated Sep 2023 stated that is not compulsory.I we are been ********** at PTA NORTH PARK MALL. I called this other day again asking how much is paying at CITY OF TSHWANE and how much are levies the agent could not understand what I am.talking about.
Yesterday I did an order at 06:15 and waited for my order over an hour, I could see staff in the kitchen lot of them but there was no movement also from clients who already ordered some lady was complaining she ordered before 18:00 and she was order 317. But still the shop was taking orders that they can handle..I approached the cashier koketso for a refund she told me.ia not possible I told her to call the manager I told her I can't wait any longer as I had a class to attend at 19:00 the lady came and asked I explained and I asked for my money back. Pedros is a new establishment but their service is poor.
I wrote to era via Instagram, regarding the issue of the earnings I bought earlier this year and which I hardly wore them.I lost the hanging logo on one the earnings, to my suprise the button at back was still intact. As I have 3 pairs of earrings, I went to the earnings with lock 🔐 keys to see if they are intact, only to find out that it was loose too so i made it tight.i complained to era even called, even suggested maybe era can make extra hanging logos so that if clients loose one we can able to purchase that missing piece instead if buying another pair as one of the era employees told me and said is not their problem that it got los. I believe there was a factory fault as they don't make earnings tight at the hanging logos.Some arrogant lady rep**** me on Instagram which I believe is not the owner Is just an employee, Iam willing to pay for that missing piece, I was not asking for a free bee. If is how you are going to treat customers and reply to me as you please, that's the reason we opt for international brands is because of the promise they make to their clients.i am deeply hurt by the answer I got Instagram
To: THATISO DUBE 02/12/23 I have been trying to call your menlyn shop and Co-space shop both numbers were not answered but menlyn was just ringing but co- space just quiet. I wanted to find out if the have merchandise I was looking for, I went to menlyn asked for co- space numbers some guy gave me a t- short printed numbers at back but the number said not working.i took an ubber to co- space for 71 rand only to find out there is nothing at menlyn had some t- short which had smaller sizes.i only bought a hat @ co-space and had to ubber back to menlyn 89.after paying for my the t-shirt @ menlyn. There comes a tall.guy with trolley with merchandise and the box was open, I sea the hat I bought at co- space, they could have told me.or other clients that they are going to fetch some merchandise, instead of me spending my +180 and if phones were attended this whole travelling could being avoided, with due respect kindly asking to be re- imbursed cause I think today exercise for me was not necessary and it was frustrating. Lastly to letlhogonolo girl thank you and look like your shift just started by then and some friendly guy who also.said to me, I just came in but he is always friendly when I visit the store. If we don't take care of our clients , and treat our clients with care, or maybe numbers on the website is not meant for clients then, remove them

Around 18:30 or 18:40 I got trap inside the lift that decided to stop working, alone and in a heat that I could not breath properly because I was panicking and first time experience. I switched on my phone torch to look for an emergency button, I pressed once, no communication pressed twice, I think I buzzed more than 5 times till some rude lady told me to stop buzzing as I am finishing the airtime. I was not sure which airtime as I didn't call anyone via phone, I asked the lady does she know the danger I am in she rep**** saying yes we heard you and we have called the technician, she repeated again talking about artime. As I checked the lift has a speaker so where does airtime fit in or airtime belongs to her.i told the lady what I die inside while she is busy with airtime.According to her my health meant nothing to her, I started panicking as it was dark, hot and took some 5+ minutes for the lift to work again.If security at wonderpark is how they treat customers might as well close. My life over artime of the lift.i think is volsec security guard, I can't say it was because of ladshedding no, kindly find the lady and I want a written apology regarding me chowing her lift airtime.
Hi KFC south Africa, I am against " HOPE' idea but I constantly donate my 2 rand. I am not sure where is our monies going to, or which organisations you are helping or do you have your own NPO Yiu are supporting . I am from the rural areas I have never saw KFC initiative. If that is the case you have certain organisations supporting, kindly stop the act totally.i see poverty, hunger everywhere
I was using self service kiosk, their machine didn't give us an SMS for order number.The was a lady in front of me with kid, the cashier with a name of motlagomang was offering free ice cream 🍦 as I was asking regarding their machine functioning instead she was busy entertaining her friends with free ice cream poor service and bad attitude
I took a life cover with old mutual and regret the decision of counseling with my previous insurance company, is been 4 months now old mutual taking money from my acc by failing to provide me with a noting letter I have visited several old mutual branches did millions of calls to old mutual instead no answer their advisor provided me with REF number,. I am frustrated as Cliff deker attorney need that letter to register my bond.Now the situation has gone from bad to worse the financial advisor is not taking my calls. I would like to cancel and be refunded my money and look for a new insurance company
