Expensive charges
R1000 only lasts you just under 2 weeks, I live alone and spend most of my time at work, however R1000 is not enough to sustain at least until mid-month. Bare in mind I do not have a TV, nor washing machine, the only thing running daily on power is the fridge. And yet such an amount does not last, their charges are ridiculously high.

Amazing products and services
I have purchased 6 wigs from Dolce Looks and I can strongly say their products as well as their efficient services have never disappointed me on the contrary they have always surpassed expectations. 100% Recommend them!

Disappointing customer service, and customs services
Today is the 13th of September, my parcel is being held by customs since the 8th and every agent I have spoken to and complained about my issue have provided me with standard responses the only difference is the working days to wait are added (agent: Mbali and Portia). I have lodged a complaint directly to their portal and I am yet to receive a response. I have requested to speak to someone in a higher position or even direct contact to customs and none was provided. I am utterly disappointed with the customer service and the services as a whole from Aramex. Mind you this is not the first time I am facing problems with Aramex. My previous parcel was supposed to have arrived in 2 weeks yet I only received is a month later, after having to have called them multiple times, agents ending the call in my face, sending multiple complaints and emails.

Poor quality clothing, poor customer service
This business is a complete scam, low quality items are sent, exchanges are allowed and once done the next parcel ordered will take more than 24-48 hours to be delivered I am still waiting for my exchanged parcel to be delivered it’s been a month now, the exchanged parcel she inicialmente sent was the wrong size. She refuses to refund me my money and always ignores my calls and takes forever to answer my messages, not to forget the owner of the business is completely and absolutely rude in every encounter we have had. I do not recommend this business to anyone, it’s clearly a scam.

Outstanding Services
I would like to compliment uber eats services which have always been outstanding there is great communication from the drivers, the food is always delivered on time and fresh, their service is very efficient and has never disappointed I would highly recommend Uber Eats to everyone who is looking to get their meals delivered with great care and great services!

Declined Order yet, No refund!!!
I made an order that was declined by the restaurant, the money was deducted from my account but never refunded, I spoke to almost 5 different agents from Mr Delivery that all provided repetitive answers saying it would be refunded and the funds should reflect on 5 working days, today officially makes it the 7th working day and the funds have not yet reflected they requested I send my bank statement which I did to 2 different agents proving that the funds have no reflected, I explained the same situation telephonically yet nothing has been done and they have stopped replying to my emails, the customer is absolutely disappointing and non professional
