I am raising this complaint due to a serious and ongoing issue with my vehicle that has still not been properly resolved by the dealership, despite the car being taken in and “repaired.” My vehicle was serviced on 14 January 2026, and it is important to note that the car was driving perfectly prior to that service. I am a responsible owner and never miss or skip scheduled services. However, three days later on 17 January 2026, the vehicle experienced a starting issue. I contacted the dealership at 09:23 that morning and was told that someone would return my call, which unfortunately never happened. The problem occurred again on 25 February 2026 at 16:25, and I was advised that I could either bring the vehicle in or arrange for towing. As it was late, I asked whether I could drive the vehicle home and was told that I could do so at my own discretion. The following day, 26 February 2026, the issue happened again while I was driving to work. At that point I had no choice but to stop at the nearest petrol station and arrange towing, as the vehicle was no longer safe to drive. On 27 February 2026, I was informed that the vehicle had been repaired and was ready for collection. However, less than a week later on 04 March 2026, the exact same problem returned. The symptoms remain the same: • Warning lights appearing on the dashboard • Wheels locking when coming to a stop • Wheels locking again when attempting to move off • A loud abnormal noise when this occurs This clearly indicates that the issue was not properly diagnosed or resolved during the previous repair. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not my first negative experience with this dealership. In May 2025, when I brought the vehicle in for service, a staff member named Sego contacted me to advise that my brake system needed replacement and that they would also repair a chip on my windscreen. I approved the work based on the quoted amount provided. However, when I arrived to collect my vehicle, I was informed that the quote had been incorrect and under-quoted, and although attempts were made to remove certain items, I still ended up paying more than the amount initially communicated. I have now attempted to bring the vehicle back again on Saturday, which is the only time I am able to attend due to work commitments. Unfortunately, the dealership has informed me that they cannot properly diagnose or fix the vehicle on weekends because they operate with skeleton staff. This is unacceptable, especially considering that I already had to take two days of emergency leave from work the previous week to deal with an issue that was supposedly fixed but clearly was not. At this stage, I am extremely concerned about: • The safety of the vehicle • The quality of workmanship • The lack of proper follow-up and accountability I expect Renault South Africa and the dealership management to urgently intervene, properly diagnose the vehicle, and provide a permanent resolution to this recurring fault. The service experience so far has been extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and far below what any customer should reasonably expect.

I am extremely anniyed and disgusted by pick n pay and their asap service. Nothing ASAP there. 8th August I didnt an order estimated time of delivery was shown. Then out of no where they kept changing and moving the delivery time until the following day.I received my order the next day. Then on the Friday the 25th of August I did another order they kept postponing until I decided to call thier call centre to cancel my order. The did that. back to the wallet. Cause unlike checkers they do not reserve the amount till they done with the order they just debit money nje immediately fine. Now money was credited back into the asap wallet. I did a withdrawal back to my account so I can use a reliable service provider like checkers60 or wooilies dash. They are telling me the refunds will take 10 working days. 10 working days? Are they for real? what am I suppose to eat in that 10 days. what are my kids suppose to eat. Tis might not be a lot of money to you guys but to me it is and I want it back. I am not a millionaire that can give you people my money to keep for fun. while I starve with my kids. Give my money back. pick n pay you failed with asap cancel the service or go back to the drawing board and act like other kids. I am tired of you I need my money. 1 star is even a lot for you. If I could I would give vodacom a miuns 20. really I am very angry and disappointed. No one at vodacom cares anymore not sure if they changed managed or what but the staff does not care. Past few weeks have been nothing but pain. I had issues with my contract sim card. Went to the Mall at Carnival Branch I was turned away 3 times the 4th time I went there they wanted to turn me away again. 1st time they told me that I must come before 5pm after 5 pm their rica system for contracts does not work. 2nd time they told me it was loadshedding cool tried understood. 3rd time they turned me away again telling me that they had ****** cables requested that they sell me the sim cards I will rica myself. Thats what your twitter team advised me. They refused saying they not allowed to sell sim cards to client and not rica them wow okay. the 4th time I went there the lady wanted to turn me away again telling me there was loadshedding earlier on their system is still back. I refused told her I am not buying that cause this was the 4th time. Walla out of no where they could assist me. But the lady helping me was so rude she was busy on the phone without excusing themselves or asking for permission to make a call while I sat her and she did what she did. fast forwards your rewards centre call me and offers me a laptop mecer move perfect I accapt the deal and I am all good. waited for delivery. I recieve delivery today. Open the device try to switvh it on boom the device says that it wants a password.Just as I switch it on it shows username defaultuser0 and asks for password. So vodacom gave me a used laptop or demo laptop that they were using for God knows what. And i must take up that deal pay 399 every month for the next 36 months. I call the after sales team for the passowrd they tell me to call the customer service. service team they know nothing they cut the cal. I call customer service again spent almost 20 to 30 minutes on the line with the lady who then said she is putting me onhold to get help on to cut the call. In my world thats a dismissable offence. I call after sales team to request that they come take their used laptop and cancel the deal, the guy said he was arranging for that kept saying I will get a collectionsreference number almost 2 hours later I still have not recieved the sms. Tried to reach out to your twitter they are just robotic and useless. Am I suppose to call vodacom again and ask for the collection reference number? The service is poor. You honestly do not care. I used to love adore vodacom but the past montn has been a nightmare and have no choice but to gradually cancel everything with them. I know my business might be a drop in the ocean. But I am human I deserve proper service and respect but lately vodacom has done nothing but abusive.
If I could give you a minus rating I would. I am honestly annoyed by your service and contact centre. I have been calling your stupid call centre since yesterday. PREMIUM BANKING line is nonsense the options are nonsense. You say I must use my voice for verification and when I do you say failed. You say you sent a push message that didn't come through then say authentication failed. You Saud a random code while checking for the random code your ****** voice prompts keep saying push notification fail and never get to accept the random code. Call your normal card like you tell me to email contact@absa just to get a settlement letter forbyoir credit card ghat I want to pay up and close. Other banks you get that on the app click of the button all other places one phone call less than 5 minutes I have my settlement letter and for absa so much admin. I have never had a good customer experience with absa or good service. You are a the worst bank ever. All I want is a settlement letter that's all. I want to pay you back your money and end all relations with you but you busy fing me up.
Pathetic, why did you partner and provide getmore with our details. I have been cancelling getmore for months now no success they keep escalating no luck. I cancelled my cell c contract because of getmore I am tired of this harrassment. This was after I saw all comaplint and that cell c was not doing anything about and they are the ones who got get more involved in our business.
I am utterly disappointed with vodacom. I have been their client for years. 2019 a lady called me advising that they had some value added services to add which will not affect my contract however, to my surprise it affected the term it was suppose to mature in June ended up maturing in November fine I left it as it is. when I took my tablet no one told me it will be for 36 months fine I let it be. October this year I called vodacom letting them know I wanted to cancel 2 of my contracts the gentlement who assisted me convinced me not to cancel and that they had affordable plans for me. OKay I agreed, cause on my main number he told me I will be getting R65 airtime for R55 and obviously with my additional insurance and line true caller fee. on my other sin being my wifi sim he told me that I will be getting 40 gig for R199 which was a client promotion so there was not need to cancel but he will just upgrade me for the next 24 months and change the plan I agreed. I asked him to confirm for me my new instalment he said I will be paying about R660 something. now to my surprise that is not the case my total instalment for the past 2 months has been R1050 with the Wifi contract being R331.30 instead of R199. my main contract phone number also has a fee for 50 minutes @ a fee which we never discussed or agreed upon. I will never ever recommend Vodacom to anyone any more I have been their loyal client for years now. But my latest encounters with Vodacom has proven that the company either hires crooks who lie to clients or they just push them to do sales and inconvenience clients. I wanted to save cash when I wanted to cancel the contract cause I have new responsibilities. now I didn't manage that cause my instalment has not changed a bit. Vodacom is now a waste of a service provider that does not care about client but only their pockets.
I am beyond disgusted by your installer Daniel. He is unprofessional unreliable. A true disgrace to the brand. I would not recommend him to anyone.
