After almost one month and me constantly having to follow up with the Tygervalley branch regarding the tv I still haven’t received. I spoke to the manager and still nothing has been done. The agents and whole branch just does not care. You can call in whole day and ask for feedback they will just say they will call you back and Never Do. Friday I was told they have the voucher and I can come in. Then I get called to say they logged a ticket as something is wrong on the system and will have it sorted by 2pm. I get to the shop after 2 on Friday and still no tv. I sent them a msg this morning for feedback and still no feedback!!!! This is pathetic and soooo wrong. Worst customer service I have ever ever ever received. Management and staff can’t assist. Asked for the regional manager to call me back and still no call as I’m fed up and want answers!
Worst service received ever from management and team. Been advised that my case has been escalated but nothing has been done. Empty promises yet I have to call in or go in to find out what is happening. Asked to have the regional managers number to ask what is happening and that was yesterday. Today is Saturday and here I had to call in and ask what’s happening. I’m expecting feedback from someone and for this to be resolved but clearly management and agents can’t do anything and don’t care about the customers feeling. I have had it as I have been fighting with this branch for almost a month now! Worst service ever and I just want this to be over
Saturday at CapeGate store the store manager was extremely rude. Waiting in line ten minutes for him to go get cash. When asked what’s taking so long he had the worst attitude and told the cashier not to serve me. When wanting to take a picture of him and asking for his name he was swearing and going on. Totally insane how this is from a manager. His no management material and definitely left a bad taste in my mouth for the company. Will never be purchasing from the brand again.
One star is really even pushing it. Delivery service honestly needs to be upgraded. Waiting on my order still and this live chat option they can’t even help you. Worst service. If you can’t provide the service then rather not do it. Honestly so sick of having to find out where my items are that’s been paid for!
Placed an online order for click and collect Tuesday evening 24 September. Last update on the tracker shows the 25th. Chatted to consultants twice already and all I get is 4 to 7days. No info on by when it should be in store or where exactly the parcel is. Only reason I placed the order online is because I can’t find the items in store but for your own staff to not know where or when a parcel will be delivered or received is beyond me. Very unprofessional and useless
This morning at Caltex in Kuilsriver, stellendale village had to wait almost 30 minutes for service. Everyone gets served but me. I eventually had to hoot and scream and brushed off with the attendant is coming get cars who got there after me got helped and left. Pathetic is an understatement for the service received at this branch and customer service does not exist at the branch. I go there as it’s outside my complex so it’s convenient as it’s close. No point in complaining to management as nothing will be done
Was flat right denied the blomus bowls I wanted to purchase now at a branch because they are for display only even though you can’t find these anywhere else. This after spefically buying products to fill the booklets. Any other branches sold their display one but they outright refused to take these of display to let me purchase these. Very very very disappointed and very bad customer service.
Rating this a one star is even too much. Pathetic company to be honest. Have my pug on this for over a year on the highest plan. Want her to be closed and was just told they will only cover R500 of this procedure that has to be done. I would not suggest anyone go with this company because they quick to take this money but always an excuse as to why something is not cover. Any other medical aids that does not have this for my fur baby? And bear in mind I never made a claim at all while she has been on dotsure!!! Waste of money!!!!
Ordered pillows online for collection in store on the 26th. Got an email that pillows will arrive by the 7th. Up until today I got no feedback from the group. I’m the one who Must chase to find out where the items are. Yesterday I was told it will be delivered to the store by 18:00 and today I asked again and it’s still being delivered. That’s all you get when asking. Tracking system does not work and asked for someone to send me an email regarding the whereabouts of the items and still no feedback regarding that even
Would not even rate this internet provider a 1star. Worst internet provider ever. Been struggling with internet almost a week now. Only excuse they give us is that they working on it or sending someone out to fix it. But it never gets fixed. If you call them they never answer but they are very fast to take the monthly instalments.
