This lady, an agent for EZ SLIM, sold me 1 of 4 items she said she had in stock. I had to make an immediate payment. Until now, I've been phoning, asking, shouting. No parcel received, no feedback from the agent. Her name is Suzetta Cronje, and I will advise anyone against doing business with her. Or EZ SLIM for that matter, for false advertising@
Pudo staff can change your box size and price as they see fit, in other words, do NOT keep money in your Pudo wallet, lest it dissapear like mine did. I spoke to an agent the best part of yesterday. She insist that I changed the box size, but cannot show me where i did that, or approved a request from them to upgrade. So, i had to pay again. NEVER leave money in your pudo wallet!!!!
Answer me this. If I order a specific item, WHY would you send me completely different items??? After waiting 3 WEEKS. It was for birthday present for my grandkids. Thank you for spoiling it for them. HOW LONG IS MY REFUND GOING TO TAKE???
Please use any other courier. I've been waiting more than a month for a parcel. I've been waiting 3 weeks for a tax invoice. 16 April they said "let us check". Till now, no updates on Shein app, no communication from Skynet!!!

These people lie, they are too lazy to deliver our packages. Then they update there site, saying that we were not available to take delivery. We have a Valentine's function at school tmrw. Red outfit obligatory. Mine was "out for delivery" for the past 4 days!!! Your drivers are ****s! Hopefully Buffalo will use Skynet next time!!
The once excellent service is now very very poor. These people don't update or allocate tax payments. Then they harass you with calls, mails and messages on an hourly basis!! Tax has been paid 15th Oct already, POP send, as always, directly to them. Not been allocated, now my clients are getting antsy. BUFZA6NK24440ACYQ Also, I've overpaid them by a R1000 rand in July. Was supposed to be R118, I paid, by accident, R1118. Been struggling till now to get a refund!!! Only automated replies, calls don't go through, says mailbox is full when you phone the local number.
