It's been well over 5 years since all five of my pets have been on Ultra Pet. I worked in a pet store (Absolute Pets) and endorsed the brand myself to not only consumers but also relatives and friends. The insurance process however is so poor and dissatisfaction, almost willing consumers to choose another brand! I made a claim a month ago on the 15th of April and I am yet to receive a response of any kind, let alone an acknowledgement of receipt. Don't even let me get started on the number of times I have tried contacting this department... it's a ghost department.
The Brookeside Mall branch in PMB is absolutely amazing! I love the baby breastfeeding and changing room; so convenient if you are in the area. They also have a superb range of baby products with great deals on savings. So impressed 👏 well done, Clicks!
The best store for any pet item. They either have it all or they are willing to source it for you. Always friendly, helpful staff. What a pleasure! Keep up the great quality of customer service and pet products.

I am incredibly disheartened by Dischem. Still waiting on my baby bag for SIX MONTHS. My baby is 3 months already. False advertising at it's best!
I am utterly disgusted with Cell C Sales, Contracts, Prepaid and Customer Care departments. Staff call me at least 3 or 4 times a week on the 084 135 number and CUT THE CALL every single time I answer. This is borderline harrassment and while I tried to call the company to REMOVE my number of your sales calls, your staff transfer me from person to person, department to department. And I am sick of this!!!
Excellent service by CHANTELLE GRONEWALD. Mere hours after I submitted my first claim, she called to say she would be handling it. Very efficiently, she emailed me all the details and finalised it by the end of the day. Have not experienced such efficiency before.
I'm incredibly dissatisfied with my recent interactions with FNB. Had good service in the past however, trying to resolve a query on my account regarding this mysterious COVID-19 loan on my app. Calls, emails, visits to the branch and even the app chat has still not resolved the query!
