I had my item sent to me via courier guy pudo locker 2 days ago which arrived yesturday and I was sent a message to collect. My item is already here , but when I get to the locker, the lockers do not work they do not have power the screen is blank. After several calls to courier guy and on their WhatsApp chat I am told the locker is offline and there is nothing they can do ! My item is stuck in the locker and they do not know when this locker will be fixed. Today is Friday and after I stated I was not satisfied , their solution is to deliver it to me but on monday next week !!! Alternatively I can drive 25km from my home to fetch it from their warehouse !! Absolutely ridiculous, and the item that is already here but is being delayed by and additional 2 days because cannot open their own lockers and give it to me today and it costs more to use this service than other courier services . This is my very first time that I am using this service and this is the service I recieved , never again will I use this useless service !!! Postnet , here i come ........
I sent a parcel on 22nd august via paxi, today 11 days later the parcel has not left the store yet. According to paxi agent the store was closed and the parcel was never picked up. According to the store it was never closed , the system was offline but was fixed last friday upon where the store notified paxi but paxi never picked up the items. Now I am at a financial loss as the item is no longer needed by the receiver and to make things worse paxi does not want to give me my money back but instead want to give me a voucher ! Not only must I suffer a loss for their incompetence, i must now also lose the delivery fee i paid which was R99 for 3-5 day delivery . I spoke to 3 agents all are incompentent and all came up with several excuses when i asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. They lied to me and came up with several excuses that contradict each other and i am still awaiting their managers call after i left my number with all 3 agents and insisted i want a manager to call me. Useless pathetic delivery service didnt even have the decency to call me and tell me that there is a problem and they are unable to deliver the item.irresponsible with a care a less attitude. Since i am in contact with several other business that use paxi i will ensure that this business loses atleast 50 customers today as I will be sure to notify all my colleagues of this message who use this service as nobody should be treated like this especially when parcels are sent that need to be with the receivers by certain dates.
Pathetic , cannot even complain about service be cause I cannot get through to any consultant. Held on the line for 1h22 and still no answer. How useless can a company be that a customer has to wait this long and my call is still not attended to ! This is me trying to call them and the service is this bad , can't imagine what it like to actually be a client of this hopeless business ! My query is still not attended to as I still cannot get through to a consultant.
Pathetic service ! Been having issues since friday with my fibre internet. Used the WhatsApp contact and have been waiting 3 days for a response from an agent! This morning at 8:30am an agent responds , waited 15mins and then ended the chat because I didnt not reply , cannot reply whilst driving. This is not courteous considering I had to wait 3 days for a reply , to make things worse I have to start again and begging the wait all over again . So this useless what's app communication that webafrica claims gives quick responses is just that , usless! Tried calling the call centre to get to tech support , guess what, useless again, waited 37mins and the system keeps telling me to use the whatsapp communications after response ! Tried to get through to retentions instead , cannot even do that they have no agents available and the call cuts automatically. Most pathetic and terrible service I have ever experienced.
Pathetic service , I am being charged R370 for my parcel that is valued and states on the parcel R320. They are charging me more than 100% for customs duty and customs clearance when this has already been paid for by the seller and already cleared in Johannesburgh. It is now sitting in Durban where it is being held back and I am being harassed for payment. None of the consultants can explain what exactly I am being charged so much for when asked , but 2 out of the 3 consultants agree there is a problem and that rectification has been requested from their side via emails. The communication is so bad between fedex departments that even though I have been told it has been sent for rectification and there is a problem with their costing, the departments sending me requests for payment clearly don't know any of this as they continue to send me emails for payment that they clearly cannot explain. I am not about to pay R370 for a R320 parcel just because fedex said so but are unable to provide me with a clear reason why! Absolutely frustrating to think that this is supposed to be professional business !
Pathetic service, pathetic line speeds ( always less than 5mbps at any time in the day when I am paying for 20mbs) , even more difficult to get rid of this company when cancelling as they keep saying that somebody will "email " me which never comes. Cannot even cancel on my own as it is not a debit order which I can stop as they take it as a purchase from my account , so the only way to get them to stop taking money is for them to cancel which they keep avoiding and force me to keep paying . Do not take supersonic , absolute worst isp ever , all round pathetic you will regret it if you sign up with this isp. Even after submitting the 30 days notice that they require, they still give me the run around, and the consultants claim that customers are not allowed to speak to the cancellations department! Never encounted such a useless bunch of clowns like this before!
I have been a customer of vodacom for about 15 years and never really had an issue until last month were my contract was upgraded on the incorrect package. i had to call vodacom several times in order to get this corrected yet none of the consultants where able to help me. every single consultant i spoke to made promises to call me back and fix the contract yet none called me back , i was eventually told by the fifth consultant that there is nothing she could do as only the consultant that did the contract could fix it. after asking her now what should i do as i will now pay for something i didnt ask for, she was unable to answer or assist. Trying also to get in contact with a vodacom supervisor or manager is next to impossible, i may be able to get a hold of santa clause before i can get through to a vodacom supervisor! as a result i cancelled one of my data bundles that was due for upgrade as this was the worst service ever received from the most expensive network out there! what a waste of money !!! Fortunately for vodacom , and by luck i eventually spoke to the consultant that initially did my contract, and the issue was fixed in a minute with no hassles, yet 5 other consultants could not help me! i think its only fair that i give credit where credit is due and thus think that Vodacom should praise the efforts of consultant Annete because apart from being really polite and friendly , she just saved vodacom a customer! She also called me back several times to find out if everything was fixed and if there was anything else she could assist with!! I am still extremely frustrated at the level of service i was given from the other consultants , however dealing with Anette restored part of my faith in vodacom . she is a wonderful person to deal with and Vodacom should really be grateful to have an employee like her. Thank you Anette , you should be a manager as it is quite obvious you understand how important customer service is to the business.
