I logged a Complaint with Assupol for 3 Debit orders that took place, i even forwarded my bank statement as proof then i am told no transaction took place, so my money grew legs and disappeared and my statement states that Assupol debited, the frustrating part is that i gave no Authorization for them to debit.. but no they feel they have the right to debit and tell me i can't be refunded...now explain to me why theres Assupol on my bank statement...I really dont want to involve lawyers for such but i guess i am forced too.
Sabelo Radebe from FTI ATTORNEYS constantly harassing me and gave out my full ID Number to unknown individuals whom i have no connection with, now what happened to Confidentiality and POPI ACT...how dare you share my person information to none relevant personnels and have the audacity to insult me over the phone. You are rude and arrogant you don't deserve to work with people.
I don't know this company I have never heard from them or communicated with them but they have the nerve to go into my account and Debit some money without my consent what kind of ******* is this firstly who gave this company my banking details what happened to POPI act what happens to Consents I need Answers and for my money to be credited back into my account as debited I dnt know for whatπ‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π π π
Horrible insurance, logged my claim on the 23rd of May till this day Nothing, I'm told my claim is being assessed...I am so unhappy with the service and they used to process their claims so fast.
On 06.02.25 Thursday i received a call from ACKERMANS agents regarding my account, the manner in which this lady spoke to me was impertinent, firstly she doesn't state the reason for her call, she just went straight to say "when are you paying your Account ?" like really what happened to saying "Mam i see your account has not being paid, is there a reason mam, can we make arrangements ? Gosh this lady was so rude to a point that she told me to use Sassa money if i get some or ask my family to pay for me....i clearly stated i am currently unemployed therefore i am waiting for UIF payout which she told me it takes long so i have to pay my account, like how? is this how they are trained to talk to people...honestly i was left hurt for days, the thought of how this lady spoke to me, i really no longer want anything to do with ACKERMANS. ACKERMANS deserves a ZERO 0.
I am so tired of running after Vodacom and their poor services, I've been complaining ever since about one thing and ever since none much was done about my Complaints in that pact I'm always promised different things and whatever I was promised never took place, I'm really tired of this so called Vodacom company, it's horrible it's the worst yoh ai I regret going for Vodacom it's horrible I'm even tired of staying my stories
Oh well here we go again, I thought my Complaints will be resolved for the past two to 3 months I have been calling Vodacom and complaining about 1 thing, I get calls being promised that everything will be sorted but I fact more and more mistakes are being made, vodacom promised to credit my Account, I don't know how long this will take because now I'm getting texts to say my line will be cut off as I am owing it has later come to my attention that I have two Vodacom Accounts how? Yes I did a change of ownership but was I not supposed to continue from the same account?? VODACOM IS RIPPING MY CREDIT SCORE!!! My next step is to now contact OMBUDSMANS surely they will help I'm tired of Vodacom... This is taking long
Vodacom will be the death of me honestly, in December I was mislead by a consultation that I should migrate to a cheaper price plan package as I am pay too much money and the package will be less oh well I went for it because I was told I will save some money only to find out that I am paying way more than what I was told, I called Vodacom to cancel this price plan, finally vodacom gets back to me they invistigated and listened to our calls and it was all in my favour thank God. I then requested that I change the price plan to a lesser amount and that I get refunded all the money debited from my Account ohk the consultant then said he will use that money to pay off what I'm owing and then I will move to the new price plan which I will now pay plus minus R250, I was so happy that I am finally getting help only to find out the consultant added two more price plans on top of what I have already like really does vodacom train these consultants to lie to us and take our money.i then called requesting that they remove all these price plans and put me on my old one, now I am told I need to Pay a downgrade fee for what? For Who? I did not ask for all of this no, I'm now fed up of Vodacom what I need from them is to Cancel this stupid Contact I'm moving to a different network I'm tired of this I can't deal... So I bought a contract phone from vodacom I was not told the Sim was unlimited I later discovered I had to pay R2000 owing to vodacom.i discontinued the Sim for a while so I could pay off the amount due. I then received a call from a consultant whom mislead me to changing my contract package saying the amount I pay will not change I've been paying R500 and now I'm paying R1100 just like that because the consultant **** to me saying with the new package I will still pay the very same Amount of R500 for the phones, I really don't understand how vodacom works just to make sales we are **********, I need vodacom to cancel this because when I call to cancel I'm told I need to pay an extra R1000 for what? I decided to join the gym not knowing that we will face the covid pandemic and besides the contract was ending soon. While on lockdown with no use of zonefiness services they kept deducting monthly payments, as the contract was close to an end I called to cancel my membership even spoke to the gym reps about the process of cancelling my membership as I wont be needing their services no more I was told they will return back to me until today they have not done so. I later contacted the debtors of the company explaining that due to this pandemic I have lost my job and now I am unable to pay but because the contract is ending I would like to cancel it sooner again i was told they will get back to me as we are on lockdown level 5, bear in mind I joined the gym in 2019 contract had to end in 2020, the debtors later reply that I cant cancel the contract i then have to find someone to take over my membership, who would wanna gym in this pandemic I explained that I worked as a domestic worker I lost my job just like that I cant even afford to pay my childs school fees I have to make ends meet for my child to be at school and get his report, I tried canceling the contract earlier but I was never helped now I'm hit with a letter from the sheriff, what do I do? Where do I get the money to pay I'm no longer working and with no income at all...this is an unfair treatment from zonefiness gym
