Bought 7day 20mps Prepaid data on the 21st of December 2024 and money was deducted out of my account and I haven't been connected I've been sending emails also been calling the **********0 and also 10213 been sent from technical support to sales to billing no one is helping me and I'm still not activated. I want my money back because clearly all you guys do is ***** I'm tired of being disconnected yet funds were taken I've also been in contact with Openserver and they too are taking forever to get back to me telling me that I haven't submitted any documents. I want my money back today l. And no I don't want any appologies just my money back today and if it's not back I'll definitely go on social media as I've got a huge following so please try me

Bought a laptop on the 8th of Jan2023 at Hifi corp Clearwater Mall and unfortunately I didn't use it because I got a better offer elsewhere,I called the store and spoke to Leah who I explained that I want a refund for the laptop as I made two transactions one with cash and the other with the card, she said I can bring the laptop back but after 12:00pm as the manager was not in yet,I went through after 12:00 and when I got there,she tells me that I have to wait for my cash refund amount as "the store does not have the money" I asked when will that be because I need my money,I understand that the card refund will take longer,and explained to her that I need to go secure the greater option I got today,all she did was tell me that "the store doesn't have any money,as they bank whatever money everyday" I mentioned to her that, That's internal processes that I am not involved in because I didn't give excuses when paying for the laptop on a cash basis,so why must I wait for myy money.Shw said they will call me once the money is ready,I told her I cannot be doing up and downs like I owe Hifi corp Clearwater which I don't.I called again at 14:45 asking what's happening,and she put me through to someone else, wasting my Airtime then she says she'll transfer me to her manager who "was busy with a customer" and said she'll call me. I'm not interested in the processes of the company as I'm just a customer who now has to do follow ups ad if I'm the one owing them,Can my money be ready by 17:00 or else I'll call on the media houses and go all over social media regarding the bad customer service I'm getting for my refund.
Extremely irritated and disappointed that R288.90 went to waste because of the poor and unethical service from both Macdonald Florida North , Roodepoort branch as we'll as MrDFood. Placed order at 18:45,EDT:19:31pm No communication whatsoever,I call Macdonald Florida North,the lines are not working,I call MrDFood and get through to Kelly who promised to get back to me. The order is ****en ****. The nuggets are extremely dry and seem stale, I asked there be no ice added on the colddrinks they added the colddrinks. The burgers BigMac are stale. The cheese burgers are also stale. The food arrives at 20:00 extremely cold and also stale the stupid driveer stops at the wrong address whilst delivery onstiare on the app. Like why the **** did my children have to eat such junk just all in the name of being hungry,but this is bull****...
Ordered a share beef box meal at McDonalds Florida North Roodepoort via MrDFood at 18:47pm, collection:19:16pm EDT:19:31,so whilst I was waiting for the order,I checked the time at 19:17pm wondering why it hasn't picked up,so I waited still patiently until it was 19:34pm and at 19:41pm and I called the MRDFOOD call center and was put through to Kelly who I asked what's wrong with my order as it's getting late and also I'm worried that loadshedding will hit and there could be a problem with the internet,she said that on her system the driver just arrived 19mins ago(from the second time I called and got through at 19:41pm),so she said it could be the rain or weather hence the delay,I was very understanding. When the order was picked up,at 19:58pm and it arrived at 20:07/20:09 as the driver decided to wait at my neighbors house even though delivery instructions were stated. He doesn't greet me,he just starts handing out the food,of which I told him that he's late and he doesn't even apologies or communicate,he says "okay",I tell him the food is late,I tell him to give me my change as I gave him R300.00 the bill was R288.90 I even stated on my side for delivery "Please bring R100.00 change) he says he only has R10.00 I say can I please have the change as the children are hungry we've been waiting for more then an Hour and now your bringing me cold food,you were standing at the wrong address,fine he gives me the colddrinks (I again stated no ice) there was ice. So I take the order inside and open it only to find stale nuggets,the BigMacs were also stale and burnt,the cheeseburgers were to dry it's as though McDonald's Florida North Roodepoort had give yesterday's food and just warmed it up,I immediately went to McDonald's Florida North Roodepoort only to find an imbicile of a training manager called "Imagine" who deflected the situation and said it's MrDFood's fault I said it's not about the courier service that was used, it's about how there's stale food. So he refused to give me my refund and said I should take it up with MrDFood,he finally gave me the receipt of the driver called Brain Ncube who was the one who delivered the stale food and took my money and left my children without food for the night.I want my money back tomorrow as I'm not one to be scammed,many have tried but have failed. So I want my money back tomorrow.
Went inside McDonald's Florida North, Roodepoort branch to complain about the food that was ordered with MrDFood and the training manger Imagine (nightshift duty) was extremely incompetent and lacking customer service as the only thing he did was tell me that the order is not his problem and it was MrDFood's fault,I explained to him that I didn't have a problem with food arriving late,my problem was the fact that the food ordered was very stale,even the nuggets were very stale as though they were prepared a week ago and just warmeiup,I arrived at the branch at 20:35 only to still be kept waiting until 21:45pm which I told him countless times that it's late and because of the inconvenience caused due to the stale food my children are left without food and he blatantly refused to do anything all he said was that I should lay a complain with MrDFood,even one customer stepped to my side and said that the lady is complaining that your food is stale, instead of him taking responsibility as he should or should be trained for such instances that you don't argue with a customer and also that you protect the brand by all means necessary all he did was just decide to leave me and my son standing at the till like fools while he galavants the whole place,and his college Sibongile came to me asking me if all has been resolved,and I said no because he left me as he wanted proof if I complained to MrDFood,and I said no,I hello petered McDonald's Florida North Roodepoort as the food was stale,so in all that of getting stape food from McDonald's Florida North Roodepoort,then he wastes my time and son's time too, because clearly he's not competent enough for being a training manager,another lady also instead of listening to me,she also said It's beyond her own reach,so my question is where is all tge customer service? Sibongile offered a replacement meal but that lady stopped her saying it's out of her reach as it's a MRDFOOD problem? I eventually asked Imagine to give me the receipt from his end so I can expedite this matter to,to MrDFood as I paid a share beef box meal for R279.00+15.00(delivery for MrDFood) only to have my children go to bed without food because the food was delayed also came stale.. so how do I trust McDonald's Florida North Roodepoort ever,what must happen to my children now.The only thing Imagine said was that I should keep the food and I told him to keep it because of it were edible then I wouldn't have gotten there. Lack of customer service and arguing with a customer. I will also definitely follow up with Head office as tgis needs a serious intervention. You cannot be offering a service and be rude to a customer and also tell the customer that it's beyond yiur reach. The only thing he did was ask me what time did the food arrive at my venue, which I showed him the call times of when I called the store but phone was unreachable.I also called MrDFood but as pathetic as he was,he was deflecting that it's the drivers fault,how so? I've bought nuggets countless times there,not once we're they ever stale. I asked him for a refund he refused,he also refused to replace the meal as all he said that I should report it to MrDFood.
I'm very upset and angry regarding one of your employees Reu who I called this morning asking of there is any stock of the Docsed cough syrup which my finance only uses and is able to get well no other cough syrup works especially when he has these change of season flu. I spoke to Reu please see screenshot of call register if possible please request a recording of the calls as you will be able to tell that I the customer was highly misinformation. The first thing she said to me is that she will order it and it will arrive today latest is close of day today or tomorrow after 09:00. And told her countless times as it's an urgent request ca. She follow up as he's in extreme pain..As he's flu only gets better with Docsed she kept saying that the delivery hasn't arrived,I went out driving to other pharmacies hoping they could have stock only to be told they'll only have it by Saturday latest... So why then was she telling me that she's waiting for the delivery as instead of waiting the whole day for bull**** then we could've just gone to the doctor but because of her assurance hence why we waited. When my finance called asking what's happening as everything she tells me I tell him she says that there's no stock and it eill artive tomorrow why didn't she mention that she's said it would arrive today or that the delivery times haven't passed as she said on the last telephonic conversation we had,I even asked herto atleast call me today around 19:30 before sue knocks off so we can fetch it should it have arrived... No his in pain how am I supposed to help him..???? Because of your stupid incompetent employee who doesn't get her facts straight before disclosing information? I'm really worried about the people she attends to by giving meds was she not trained on proper customer service? Does she not know that product knowledge is vital and can make or break a company.. I'm sorry I'm taking it out on you but I'm angry and I'm definitely going to contact the Medical board about this... What if something happened while we were waiting or an alternative could have been made ge would be better but not this stupid Rue doesn't give accurate information and a day is wasted he's in pain . At times when we are all confronted by this Global pandemic COVID-19 where it's very evident that jobs are scarce and also business on all fronts is not that busy as it used to before the covid-19 pandemic,one is filled with hope when you get a call to join a company with so much drive and you see the vision within it, imagine being sent in the boardroom waiting anxiously for that interview only to actually be trained and while your still overwhelmed by all the thoughts of "finally a door finally opened, I've been knocking and there was no answer until now" bang your given a contact to sign for training which was dated the 1September 2021-30 September 2021 with that amount indicated that it will he paid on the last day of the month. Mind you now there's a lot of questions going on in my mind,1st I'm called for an interview only to be trained on the spot,2ndly I'm signing a training contact fine,3rdly now what? Fine training commences for the duration that it was supposed to be but what didn't make sense to me is the pressure of getting sales with no presentation or individual inductions at various places so I can also pick up on how to do presentations and close those sales,fine I was told to go outsource clients which I did and yes I experienced some setbacks but anyone that knows sales knows that you go and set a higher target then the one originally given so that you have room for success or disappointments,but what's important is that during this training period one is still learning and according to Labor Law,when one goes for training in any job/sector the training amount must be paid and one cannot be scored on performance whilst in training as that is still an introduction to the company as people learn in different ways,and not everyone will catch the same thing as everyone but when pay day comes, there's no notifications or bank messages with the agreed signed training amount,but when I ask my Manager what's could be the reason why there's no money reflecting I'm told"I have no idea" and also"you know you didn't send in a sale " okay fine I just wait until 16:30 to enquire again about the agreed signed training amount and I'm told "it's not his department,he doesn't work for finance or HR" and told to be present at the meeting for tomorrow but now I'm here all confused and Wondering and angry that it means that Altrack doesn't take care of it's employees because one is sent into training and signs a training contact and it's stated that the amount will be paid by the last day of the month so now that it's end of the month but no communication whatsoever but we have to enquire about what's happening,I understand that companies work differently but why then bother taking people and giving them hope that things will be better in their lives only to just give them financial distress? How can a company expect to service customerss but can't service their own employees? How does one perform when the place where they call work lacks motivation? Why hire people and send them for training and make them sign those training contracts and not stipulate the terms and conditions of the training and only mention these "extra" things that you need certain amount of sales then you'll get the money and why not be upfront and let us know so we can decide if this can be something we can do right there and there instead of wasting company resources and time.why not find out everyone's skills and see where each one Excell and placed at that specific department instead of putting everyone in one circle and also wasting company resources and time as there are people who are skilled in other departments but struggle in other departments and can do well in those certain departments they are skilled in to avoid not being able to reach targets and end up quitting or being fired based on performance analysis.. Maybe there was some delays but why is there no communication amongst the Superiors and us newly employed candidates? Dear CEO and Directors of Altrack please please for the protection of the vision and mission with Altrack please consider some workshops for employees and how protocols should be observed at all times in a professional manner,I have many ideas but because of what happened this month I'm scared and I wouldn't want to be associated with Altrack ever,what happened makes me worried about Customer and Employee Services, without the employees there's no customers to seek and with out any customers there's no employees to take care of the services provided by Altrack and without and services there's no business and no money and no growth to expand the companies vision and mission. One can't expect to have a meal cooked just with water and pots only there needs to be ingredients that will be used to make those meals.. I didn't do this just to make anyone feel bad but just for awareness as I too am business minded and I wouldn't appreciate it if anyone was not aligning to my vision and mission and also if my employees were not treated fairly..yes business is business at the end of the day but what's a business without employees or customers it's not a business,as the employees and customers make a business.. without them all none can happen yes we are replaceable but what about the one employee who had the potential to grow the company to greater heights given the chance as remember it is difficult times for everyone but no one deserves such treatment but I've survived worse things and I still come back stronger,thank you for the opportunity I'm sorry for putting it out there but some things need to be known so that growth can happen
It's sad that at times things happen to people and they end up being in debt mainly because some of us are regarded as breadwinners.When I took the loan at Old Mutual Finance on the 09/06/2015 no where did I ever think that life would take it's own tall and have me unemployed yes it's not an excuse or a reason not to have paid but how and with what when the only thing I could get was those few rands just to get some necessary stuff for my son who then was a year old not even his father's side contributed to his essential needs such as diapers/formula clothing etc,I had to make a plan and the plan was asking my Dad to help where he could and he did at least minus one amount of stress I have to deal with.Ive tried so many times to apply for work but with no success because of the judgement on my name I've even gone as far as knocking on people's doors so to be a domestic worker so I can. Try pay something towards the judgement and get some stuff for my son and help my Dad out but no luck.Ive even also called in at Old Mutual asking if I can come back and work again but still no luck..so I've waited 5 if not 6years trying to fix and get my life in order yes if you've ever had children it's not easy to be sane and think positive thoughts depression kicks in real hard and there's no one you can talk to or get support from how or where when the parents hardly work .all they have is Grant money so how am I supposed to even ask for money to get essential like toiletries when already they have to feed extra mouths (my son and I) but hey it's life what can we say.. I was so disappointed when I logged in to my Kudough Credit report and saw that OLD MUTUAL FINANCE STILL HAS MY JUDGEMENT AND SAYS I MUST WAIT FOR 34 MONTHS FOR IT TO BE REMOVED!!!!!!!! WHY WHEN IT STATES THAT JUDGEMENTS STAY ON ONES CREDIT PROFILE FOR 5YEARS?????? yes I understand that I owe but I can't get a job and I've waited for 5/6 years just to make means meet but I'm failing..why must it be 34 MONTHS left????? When the loan was done in 2015/06/09... it's the 23 June 2021 where now our worldy situation is hectic.. we're facing a cruel virus called COVID-19 where it's even more impossible to get a job!!??but credit profiles are not updated...kahlen please.. Can my credit profile be updated.. As I've made peace worth the fact that I can't get a job,and I've failed my son and parents for not being able to get a job because the job I had ended and nothing keeps coming up instead all that keeps reminding me is this postpartum depression of being a failure... I'm not asking for much just my credit profile be updated it's been more then 5/6 years... I've tried ..
Very very dissatisfied and extremely disappointed in Food Lover's Market Westgate Mall's malva pudding.so today I decided to go Westgate mall and get a few stuff from my daughter then on my way to a certain shop I went passed food Lover's Market and I asked the security what's happening as it seems extremely full she said it's the "R50.00 sale" meaning alot of things go for R50.00 so I asked is there any malva pudding and she said yes excitement rushed over my head as the passed 2weeks I'd be at Westgate mall and go passlt Food Lover's Market and there was no Malva pudding so for the fact that I was told it's there after not being able to find it for so long I went in to get some Malva pudding and I took just one tray but one of the employee said they go for R50.00 for two trays oh man the excitement so got two trays of Malva pudding and there I went to go pay then I get home now I open it and just cut a slice for my daughter and I'm amazed why the s**** is struggling as if it's the Malva pudding is actually hard and so I ignore it thinking my mind is playing tricks on me so I cut the other side (the left side as initially I cut the right side) and again the s**** struggles so I look at the cut pieces and remaining Malva pudding in the tray and I notice that it's hard as if it's expired or has been overcooked so I take a bite from the slices I cut out for my daughter and feel the hardness of the malva pudding and I'm surprised as to why was it hard and yes I did check the expiry date which is dated by 02-06-21 so that's ample time for it not to be hard or overcooked and I gave my son the spices I cut and he didn't want it...and the irritating part is that I've bought Malva pudding countless times at Food Lover's Market Westgate Mall and never once was it in such a bad way instead I'd come back the next day to buy more..so what now I'm sitting here with one expired malva pudding and I'm even afraid to even open the other one because wow what a waste of my time and definitely money..
