Your app have constant errors so orders can not be processed. Phoned the store. sorry cannot help by phone for deliveries. Why not? Do you not realize how much business you loosing. At least every second week there is a different error. Sort our your app or go back to allowing us to order by phone.
Specifically requested a legal document asking them not to bend the paper. Kroonstad arranged for the driver to use a pizza box. When I received the document the packet and paper was torn and dirty. No way I can submit this document to court. I specifically ask for them to treat the document with care, I have been awaiting this document for 10 months. No careful sticker, no pizza box, package torn, dirty and creased yet they wanted payment. Very disappointed. Not the first time service is extremely poor. They never consider your requests and never handle our items with care!
App**** for insurance online. Nedbank activate the policy before confirming the instalment and start date. They loaded a debit order for 3 instalments due to me requesting to pay on the 5th. No confirmation, no discussions, no notification they just deducting 3 instalments upfront. If you complain they tell you to read the policy properly, but you agree to the insurance before you receive the documents. Very Unprofessional Service!
Poor service with parcel pickup booked for 15 August 2025. Despite daily promises from Octavia Morris, the parcel hasn't been collected, and complaints department hasn't responded. Over 3 weeks of delays and empty promises. Very Poor service and response. Waybill 1348267174 .
NuDebt is harassing me continuously due to Telkom accepting my debit order on the 15th. The more I advise them I am not in arrears the more they insist on proof of payment every month. I pay on Telkom app, why must I provide evidence when I am up to date by Telkom. Telkom advise I must ignore them but they phone me every second day, they do not listen to me and keep insisting on proof of payment indicating Telkom is slow to respond to them. Why is this my problem. STOP HARRASSING ME!!! Remove my nr 081 010 5585 or I will take legal action for harassment!
My debit order is for the 15th, accepted by Telkom yet every month a company TruDebt phone me and harass me for payment or proof of payment. I tried to block them everywhere, to no avail. Telkom advise ignore them but Telkom gave them my info. Extremely unprofessional and Telkom just say sorry yet I am contacted EVERY single month.
On June 23rd, I visited Courier Guy Kroonstad. Despite being the only customer, associate Reagan refused to assist me, citing poor working relations with his colleague. Notably, he was preoccupied with his phone and displayed arrogance. Although management intervened and apologized, Reagan remained uncooperative and disrespectful towards me, his ***orker, and his manager. What's striking is that he persisted in this behavior even in his manager's presence, refusing to apologize and instead implying that I insulted him. Shocking. I expect an apology from him. And help your poor manager who he disregards completely.
After many years I had to cancel my policy due to unemployment. Yet after 2 months no cancellation was done, they do not even reply to my mails, I emailed info, and get a response to say my message was received, I cc yoursupport and complaints to no avail, no one reply, not cancelling my policy, very poor service!
On May 2nd, I booked with a 3-month payment deadline, but they took payment immediately. 35 days later, I'm still chasing a refund. Despite multiple queries, both Booking.com and the Dips and Tips Hotel and Spa claim the refund was processed, yet no funds have been returned. No apologies, no updates. Only after threatening legal action did they suddenly agree to refund today. Extremely disappointed in their customer service and transparency.
I arrived 1.5 hours before departure, as recommended by Intercape's head office. However, the driver refused to check me in because my stop wasn't his first stop. Passengers of the same race as the driver were checked in before me, despite arriving later. When I complained, the driver became arrogant, saying head office "sits in an office knowing nothing." Other passengers of the same race as the driver started screaming at me, accusing me of not being a Christian for wanting to board first. The driver ignored me and deliberately checked me in last. I waited a total of 2 hours to be seated. The supervisor's explanation that passengers board according to their ticket drop-off point, not arrival time, was not clearly communicated and is not the procedure they followed the previous 8 times I used intercape. Worst service experience ever!
