My car was ****** on Wednesday from my house, called the emergency line I could not get through for 15min. Then used the panic button still didn't work eventually I called back n got through after and hour. Up till now now follow up only an email asking when the device can be refitted, Terrible service

Called outsurnace to follow up a claim spoke to a lady named Marlie, never in my life have a ever spoke to someone so rude and unhelpful. Thank you outsurnace but that is not customer service at all!!!!!
Hi I am very disappointed in the end result of recent events with yr company. I gave specific instructions that I get paid on the last day of the month yet a debit order was put through by your company on 25 May....why Secondly, upon talking to your representative about cancelling my current insurance company- she politely put my call through twice so I could cancel and on both occasions it was incorrect departments. Which means I never got the opportunity and neither did the representative from your company call me to confirm if my current insurance was cancelled. Last by not least I was informed that I need to download an app before I can be registered with your company and send the relevant information through and once the above is done then all will be in order. The app was not done hence my current insurance was not canceled yet your company felt the need to go ahead and do things Their Way and Not Mine. Till to date I have not received a call from your company. What's next? Alice

soo annoyed..all documents where submitted to ikoka Fica department on the 9th of March which i thought this issue was resolved. A client then made payment on Monday which hasn't cleared i had to call ikhokha and was told documents where not approved which no one followed up on now funds have not been cleared and workers cannot be paid
