NEDBANK is by far the worst bank i have dealt with they falsely advise that they for their clients i have submitted FICA 8 times visiting my branch 8 times and they still say it needs to be updated then i was told its updated to my surprise my account is now frozen i cant buy food ,electricity nothing my own salary is being held hostage each one blaiming thr next but refusing to release my money neither will they compensate me for all this inconvenience . My advice to anyone thinking of going to NEDBANK is dont you will live to regret it as i have still not being able to access my money. WORD OG ADVICE NEDBANK PLEASE STOP THE FALSE ADVERTISING THESE ARE PEOPLES LIVES
afrihost is the worst internet provider i have dealt with ...their website says a technician will come and set you up and connect your devices which is absolute lie ...a courier pulled up in a van met me on the road handed me a router as said plug it in .... no connection no assessment of the unit ...im siting with a useless router and no wifi which i require for work.. Previous providers in Durban came to the house set everything up got use connected in a few minutes even mtn amazing ,but Afrihost you handed a router then they keep asking for different pictures of the device then next day the white box the a DASAN number telling me to remove the box which was setup by someone else to take a picture and still nothing I would advise anyone looking for connection run run far away from Afrihost
there is a new rule in ethekweni municipality if your rates are in arrears they block your electricity and prepaid meters if ypu prepaid even after you sort out payment and arrangements they refuse to unblock as they say there is nothing they can do they sent emails to unblock it takes 30 Min after order is given to block but after emails sent tp unblock days go buy without it being unblocked as i type this they refuse to unblock our meter saying there is nothing they can do. Once the units have run out we *****ed because you need electricity to recharge and nobody is prepared to assist you. Were are our rights in this country tp electricity and water basic human needs . I am desperate now and not sure who to turn to to freezing and lights will be out soon. Please can someone assist me
Money was embesled / stolen by SNS Holdings. Stopped receiving interest past 2 years . The case was won we have had no income from money invested we was promised to pay interest. We were not even givennotice when we enquired we were told case was going on,the. on enquery again we were told case was won and attorneys sent letter to clients to be executors of the clients upon contacting the lawyers who stated the liquidators are busy with the money and it will take 2 to 5 years that if tje clients die in the waiting period they must just designate a beneficiary for the funds in the event they pay. The attorneys are LLM attorneys in Maritzburg who are now sitting with the money .when you contact them they no nothing most people took loans which had to be paid back and have since lost homes and valuables. They are now sitting with the money collecting interest . Their address is 03 on Crescent ,Cascades unit 8,pmb,3021. They state they do not know when money will be released in the mean time how do the clients live. This is just another example of fraud in South Africa against the population of south africa . These are thieves robbing people blind with no consciousness of people they harming. And to date still no correspondence from these attorneys . What does a person do when you robbed left right and centre in our country.With COVID we dependanded on this .
They claim to deliver in 60 minutes i placed and order this morning and it still has not been attended to 2 hours later nothing has been packed but They did take the cash for it .....so now im not sure if i am actually going to get my goods no answer via emails ...cant get through on call centre number .So Checkers stop False advertising please
still no refund no airtime i waa given 2 reference nimbers to say investigated both closed no feed back . Again no refund and no airtime just another victim of vodacom. I will not be using the vodacom app ever again and i Advise everyone i know never tp use it..... case closed i lost that money stolen from me by vodacom o just have to.make peace with it .
Good Day all I would like to warn you about the Vodacom app.... please do not use it you purchase airtime it is taken off your bank account and you receive nothing I have Lost R110.00 and R55 and Vodacom refuses to assist in me getting a refund for that deduction they calim to investigate and to inform my bank that a refund must happen but it is all lies the bank knows nothing receives no notification to refund ... The vodacom app is just to steal money from you.... TO this date my money and not been refunded n either have I received my airtime. So please please do not use their app you will be ROBBED
