I placed an order and saw it was being collected nearly an hour after ordering. Without notice or communication they just canceled my order. I had to wait and eventually log in to see. The call center was just as useless. No sense of customer service to even inform me and apologize. Doesn't happen with Checkers or Woolies.
Manager's and staff's behaviour is disgusting. No respect! I'll never shop at hirsch.
The shopper was careless when shopping, packing the wrong items and leaving out other items for which i had paid. Getting credited for the missing item is a nightmare, they expect me to jump through hoops for them after their foul-up. Not the expected service!
Bought a braai only to find a lot of the pieces were missing once id almost put the whole thing together. The braai was supposed to be used the following day for a lot of people. The Checkers manager couldn't have care any less about the ******* they had sold and they've done the very least they could do to rectify their mistake. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!
In 2018/19 I purchased a Bosch washing machine and paid a bit more convinced I was buying quality. A few months ago the machine started shaking and it was discovered in November that the drum was damaged and needed replacing. I was then told that the part had been discontinued and that the washing machine would essentially need to be thrown away and replaced. The initial dealings with Bosch on this matter were not at all pleasant, but last week a Bosch manager contacted me to tell me that my machine would be replaced (with a new upgraded model) at the same cost of what the repair would have been on my machine. A very fair decision and now a very happy customer.
On 5 January I rented a car from Tempest. They quoted me on a deposit and then debit my card for nearly double. Their explanations were lies, made no sense and contradicted each other's. On 8 January the car was returned and we were told the deposit would be refunded within24 to 48 hours. It's now the 12th and they still keep saying another 48 hours until the invoice is ready. KEEP AWAY FROM TEMPEST!! THE STAFF ARE CLUELESS AND DISHONEST!! THEIR TERRIBLE REVIEWS ARE WELL DESERVED.
******* and *****sters. I reserved a vehicle online with a deposit of R4, 569 as indicated on the invoice. When the vehicle was collected they wanted R6, 996. They said it was because of a debit card, so I paid with a credit card and they stole R6, 996 anyway. They refuse to refund me the balance and now claim no knowledge of the reservation yet somehow we have the vehicle. No one their sounded like they had any intellect.
Completely useless! I can't log into the app and the call centre is useless. Impossible to get through to someone with intelligence or the desire to do their job. Business banking at its worst!
I tried to phone in to the credit card department, the prompts don't work and each person puts me through to another person, regardless of their department. The email addresses they gave me don't work either. Each time having to phone in again and go through all the prompts! Save time, aggravation and effort - BANK ANYWHERE ELSE!
Shocking quality products, even worse service! Everything they make breaks.
