PATHETIC!!!! There are better words to use but then my comment will be blocked. In 2 weeks I had to reset my PPPoE password more than 10 times. Reconfigure my router times. Complain to Afrihost WhatsApp so called assistance center AND IT STILL DON'T HAVE RELAIBLE INTERNET!!!!!!!!!!! BUT WHEN THE LINE GOT "ACTIVE" what did they do... it wasn't 2seconds and my account was billed for services I haven't even received yet. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE PATHETIC AND *******!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! MORE THAT USELES!! Each consultant has a different theory, a different play book. ALL of them promise to escalate and sort it out but nothing!!
Absolutely ridiculous. Its like talking to 1982 chat bot... They don't know what the want, they can't explain what they want. They don't understand structure and I swear I'm talking to a donkey and not a person. If you have ANY kind of structure with trusts and companies stay away!!! These people don't know what they are doing.
Absolutely worst ISP EVER!!!! Have been without internet since 8 July 2025. They don't have technicians to come and assess the problem. Keep referring it to Forgfoot. Takes 2 weeks to get feedback and then they just close the ticket to say the issue is resolved. Its not!!! To make this even worse its a rental property where students live. I am 100km away and they want me to drive there to reconfigure the router. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! PS: I still don't have internet.
FNB promotes there FNB app and the secure chat function. They tell you that you have access to experienced and Professionals banking team but that isn't even remotely true. The people on the secure chat is totally ***********. To add to the pathectiness of this function, it has massive delays in messaging and cuts of chats even if you have been communicating constantly. This is the biggest **** and false adverti*****t I have seen in a while. Absolutely pathetic!!!
Absolutely pathetic!! I lease a place in Kuilsrivier. This is my first experience with a rental agency and I have to say it is an absolutely appalling experience. After sending emails and whatsapps for almost a month about things that are not correct and haven't been attended to since the move-in inspection to no avail. I had to threaten them with not paying my rent. On the last day of the month the property manager suddenly decided to answer my messages. After explaining to her all the issues and telling her I will still pay the rent but it will be a bit late they send me a letter of demand and threaten to blacklist me. Now the owner thinks I'm a bad tenant but the problem is the agent that haven't done their job at all and kept the landlord in the dark. If you ever want to use an agent to manage your property do it yourself. If you have to use an agent think 1000 0000 times before you use harcourts.
It truly blows my mind that FNB gets awarded the best bank every year and yet there services are totally useless. Nobody there knows what they are doing! You try and talk to the so called 24 bankers on the app and the only reply they have is "sorry its not in our expertise please call the help desk." After trying to keep you cool just barely manage to do it, you call the help desk. And it's like talking to a wall. They waste your time and airtime on pressing buttons and trying to see how many times they can pass you on to another operator. Then when you totally about to loose it the last person decided that I don't want to help and ends the call. What am I paying banking fees for if I have to do everything my self.. Where is this first class, on the edge of the industry 24 hours support that they are promoting. I would REALLY like to experience that because I absolutely would not recommend FNB to ANYONE at this stage.
I have logged 5 tickets with VOX since October 2022. Its 21 Dec 22 today and non of my tickets have been resolved. I have waisted hours on the telephone to talk to someone. A total waist of money and time. I have sent numerous emails asking for help with no response. When I eventually got a response after not paying for services I did not request I was told that its my fault as I used the incorrect email addresses even though I received replies with reference numbers for the email. I was asked to provide the ticket numbers as they could not find it on the system. After providing it to them radio silence again. This is totally unacceptable!!! They waist my time and money but they are the once at fault. I would defiantly not be recommending VOX to anyone.
If I have to say it in one word it would have to be PATHETIC!!!! I have never in my live experienced such incompetence. They don't have on single competent person in support! I have logged 5 cases on a single issue and I have bee struggling for the last 2 month to sort it out. You wait HOURS for someone to pick up a telephone. You wait month for people not to answer the emails. When you eventually do get an reply the people accuse you of using the wrong email address even though you received an EMAIL VERIFICATION with a reference number and you used the email address they provided. There prices are good but that the only reason ANYONE would be stupid enough to do business with them. The support is NON EXISTANT, the quality of staff are TOTALLY unacceptable. STAY WAY!!!!!!!!!!!
Om 23 November 22 I bought a number of items from Makro online during the Black Friday week. One item I bought was out of stock of which I was only notified after I purchased the microwave. As I saw the same item at another store that had stock I bough it there and immediately informed Makro that they should cancel the order for the microwave and please refund me the money. today it is the 12 Des 22 and after 5 emails and about and hours time waiting to speak to a consultant I have still not gotten ANY response from Makro. I have received all of my orders items, including the microwave that has been returned to Makro and yet there system doesn't even show that it has been sent for delivery. My credit card account is due soon and I don't know how that amount will be paid. I won't be buying ANY thing from Makro again... Just stick to takealot...
I bought a car from ford via wesbank and ford finance. A year after I bought the car I suddenly have to provide proof of insurance. This during the Des holiday. After numerous emails and sending the supporting docs Wesbank/FNB has still added there supposed insurance for my car @ over R400 a month extra. This is totally unacceptable and believe!!!
