Firstly my delivery status is sitting on "on its way* for 3 weeks now and the item has been delivered. They delivered the wrong item as I was not home when they delivered because there was no communication, nothing from them. I got a call saying they are on the way to deliver. I asked my landlord to sigh for the order as I was away. I bought a R10 000 couch, 3 seater and received patio chairs! I am beyond angry, I want my couch and I want it now!!!! The wait was already ridiculously long and now I have the wrong goods! I want my couch or my money!
I am only 2 months with king price and my car has had a punctured tire and a flat battery in those 2 months. The customer service was great on both incidences. The lady calmed me down, advised me and sent help promptly. I just wanted to say thank you. I hope when one (God forbid ) is involved in an accident the treatment is the same. I am happy to be with King Price.
I was fitted a tracker, I can't access the app, not one debit order has gone through and I have not heard anything from this company! I needed my certificate for my insurance and I am being ignored
Almost a year and a half later my daughters card is still being FICA verified. I opened a children's account online and followed up at several branches including Pinecrest and Pavillion, no one has helped me! I have never been issued a card, I am being told it's waiting for FICA. I brought the original certificate to the Pinecrest and Pavillion branch , it was scanned and I was promised it would be fixed, almost a year and a half close to 2 years Nedbank has not issued the card. I am so disappointed. I bank with nedbank and I wanted to link her account to mine. A very poor service.
Had the most horrific experience at Pinecrest this evening. Took my toddler to spur for his birthday. As we are leaving around 7pm we find the centre is closed, we came in through the centre as parking next to the food court is closed. In the dark and cold my toddler and I had to pay for our parking ticket and then walk up the ramp and navigate an almost empty parking lot on the roof to our car!! What about safety issues? Why have stores that are open till late and then closed the exits to the parking lot so that we have to walk outside the centre. I am very disappointed! Imagine with a 3 year old, walking up the ramp, cars coming out and compromising our safety. I am gonna be going to Sandy's centre spur that was just horrific!
I called to cancel my insurance and first for women has just ****** my money. I have been with the insurance for four years and this is how they treat me, in this economy they increased my premium by R200, I left them but they still debited my account. I want my money back, that money is for my groceries since I have changed to a different insurer!.
I have been frequenting this salon for about 2-3years and not once have I had a good experience, yet I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. they are very expensive, ridiculously expensive yet the treatment is very poor. They do not have any regard for customers, all they care about is money. The nail lady did my nails poorly, rushing to go and do hair for another client AS IF I WAS NOT IMPORTANT. Mind you the nails are expensive, and they do not offer any contemporary trendy designs. No one asks you if you had a pleasant experience, all they want is money so much so, you pay before your treatment! If you are going to charge customers 2times what we pay at other salons, treat us 2 times better and also the quality of the work is very poor because they are always rushing to the next customer. Is there even an owner at that place who does quality checks? We need to know who the supervisor is, and can the owner make an appearance now and again because this is not on. We work hard for our money and it's not fair to receive subpar treatment and service! We need another salon in Pinetown with people who actually know what they are doing. The customer is king!!!
I am with debtbusters for over a while now, i have been paying my instalments timeously and i am committed to being debt free as that was my ultimate goal for going under debt review. However i am being harassed by Capitec every single day for non payment yet my payments are made every month, just this morning i received an email from absa saying they have declined the proposal yet even there too i have paid every month according to the PDA and my statements. I have been told they are waiting on the court order yet i have received zero communication from them advising me of the progress. I am beyond frustrated with this company. Where are my payments going and when will the court order be finalised? i trusted this company and committed to the process yet i feel i am being let down..What other account is going to cancel?? will my car be repossessed? these are my worries now, yet i pay every single month.How do i switch companies this is absolutely ridiculous!
The worst courier company ever!!!!!! from the 24 November till today 04/12 i have bot received my parcel. I called and they send me from pillar to post, they themselves cannot get hold of their drivers. they are ****mers, never use this company if you have a choice!!!
I ordered shoes online on the 24th November, it is now the 2nd of December i have not heard a word about where my shoes are. I ordered the wrong size so i was hoping as soon as they deliver i would send them back to get the correct size. There is no word from the courier company! have you guys ****** my money ???? Stay away from online platforms if your company is *************!
