Bought brooks GTS 24 three months ago, the shoe started to tear along the sides!!!! Now they do not want to replace or give credit!!! 3 months for a Running shoe that " I'm not supposed to run in" Or wait for it, wait for it!!! I'm not supposed to run or walk on dirt with it!! You sy what???? It's a road runner!!!! Okay and???? Where on the box does it state that you should only wear these running shoes on a clean tar road???????? Please point this out for me!!!!
Good day I'm extremely disappointed in the brooks adrenaline 24 that i actually had to order to get at sportsman Wearhouse in Klerksdorp north west! I struggle with plantar fasciitis in both my feet and i was told that brooks adrenaline 24 is the best when it comes to plantar fasciitis support! So i just had to have it. I'm a daily runner, running 8 kilometres twice a week, one 5 kilometres per week followed by one 10 kilometres per week. I bought these shoes from sportsmans Wearhouse on the 6th of May 2025, on the morning of the 11th of August 2025, 3 months and 5 days later i saw that the shoes were tearing along the sides of the shoe. Now i have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to find out if i will be able to get a refund!Or if my shoes can be replaced, but i do not want them replaced because i can tell you because of the material it will tear again. The shoe did not last long! Am i not supposed to go running with them, i mean it's a running shoe is it not? It says run and walk on the box!
It's a shame that i had to choose a star cause i will give them no Star, trying to phone standard bank is like trying to contact the DEAD via a phone call !!!!!! Useless and pointless. No answer for 1 hour!!! @$$h0l3$
Still no real response from old mutual insurance. I have spoken to some people who also are insured by old mutual and there excess has not changed, how is that. My excess has gone up double and i haven't claimed at any insurance since 2017 and i only just started my insurance with old mutual, i really am disappointed, no one has actually called me even about this.
So i took insurance for my house, house content and two vehicles from old mutual because i believe that i got fairly good benefits and excess for the premium I'm paying. Being paying for 2 months now that i started my insurance with them and suddenly out off the blue they send me a mail telling me because of " climate change" an extra excess on my policy so know I'm going to pay literally double from 750 to 1250 for home content and car from 2500 to 5000 excess!!!! And they have the audacity to sound that they are so helpful and awesome because don't stress YOUR PREMIUM WILL STAY THE SAME!!! So I'm paying more for less!!!!! Aren't your insurance supposed to stay the same at least for a year before any changes??? I mean hell, this is not right, so they actually **** to me at the beginning, gave me the best deal and then changing it not barely even 2 months in. LYERS AND ******* THAT'S WHAT OLD MUTUAL ARE!!!!

Most unprofessional client service ever, Klerksdorp cash crusaders are unable to assist clients when wanting to return goods that are not working properly. They fail to test their products before leaving the store and then want to waist clients time by trying to test on returning.
I recently lost my job and since then have been struggling to find other employment. I contacted Fnblife to put in a retrenchment claim for my credit card and overdraft because I took out that insurance a long time ago for " like they "fnblife" claims "if life happens " but for months now I have being struggling for them to process my claim. I have send numerous emails and phoned a hundred times and still I'm struggling to receive service from them that I paid for. Fnblife insurance is useless in helping people in need utterly useless.
