I went to cedar square today 12 Feb at around 12:30 . After having lunch with my 4 kiddies and hubby we are about to leave the parking lot where one pays for parking and the kid lady at the car wash sees that we are struggling as the machine was not taking the card- and eventually it works and payment of R10 is approved - the lady sees this and calls the help desk for us and no one assists. Eventually one of the security comes out and here we have been waiting for 20 Minute at least - the lady tells him to assist us as we can’t come out and payment made . The security has the nerve to tell us that we need to lay again !!! We tel him that we have paid already and now we have been here for 15 minutes just trying to come out of cedar square after having lunch and now struggling to coke Out though payment made - another car next to us had also struggled . He continues to argue with us that we need to pay and we are telling him we are not paying again ! He has the nerve to not listen to the car wash lady who confirms that payment was made he just needs to open. I a with 4 kids the last being 2 years old who is now agitated of sitting in car and this security is not letting us out! Eventually the help desk finally open for us! What type of serve is this! I come to cedar all the time but this service is the worst I have seen ! Arguing with a customer with 4 kids who has been there for nearly two hours and you have received confirmation that we paid! Not coming to this place again ! I will drive somewhere else to buy stuff and go to a restaurant Not this rubbish!
I am writing this email as a very very disappointed and upset client. I received poor welcoming from Natasha who is supposed to be a manager . We couldn’t find the people to do the massage until we had to call reception and walk around the pool area at the palazzo. Michelle’s massages were not good- poor to say the least. I have been to many mangwnani’s but the one done at the palazzo was very disappointing. At first the massage was extremely light though I had noted medium massage on the sheet. I then told her to give a little more pressure as it was too light and I could not feel anything . Then the massages became too hard on my legs and I had to tell her to make it less hard as it was now painful . It disappointingly started to rain and after the first msssage she said we need to do it in our room but it would be 2 hours for my hubby and 2 hours for me which needed to be done separately one by one due to covid, which I understood but it would mean that we had to have an extra 2 hours which would mean we would miss our reservation for dinner. So we said if it was ok we would like to continue and if they started getting rained on they should say . The ladies agreed. I started getting rained on. I asked the ladies if they were too and they initially said no. We continued and the massage i got for my back was like someone just putting lotion on my back - I now was getting frustrated and just wanted the massage to end as I was not enjoying it at all. I asked when the massage would finish. I ended up getting so annoyed as the massage was poor that we Stopped the massage even my head massage together with my husband said stop because now there was only 5 minutes left . It would be pointless to do the head massages as even the rest of the body massages done were so poor. I didn’t even fill out the sheet and my husband too to note the experience as I was so annoyed and just wanted to leave. After spending so much money at the spa and stay package I was so looking forward to some rest and but was so disappointed Today as we were checking out the hotel I asked that I would like to put in a complaint and they called Michelle . She was very defensive and took no responsibility or accountability but instead was blaming me saying I wanted to massage hard and changed.wow!!! The service received was so poor . She walked away from me when I said to her I didn’t want to discuss with her as I wanted to mail the regional manager as I suspected she would be defensive - which ended up being true . I wasn’t happy . she just said ok and walked away. Very very disappointed with the service received at mangwanani at the palazzo - even more disappointed at someone like who is supposed to be a manager . From this experience , I really don’t think I will use the mangwanani palazzo again
I had a bad experience at Mowana spa. The the****** was not very welcoming - service was not that great. massage was painful . My body is aching so bad that I can’t even touch it . After spending so much money I am so so disappointed !!!!
Still no feedback since my last email. Mi called again on your call center number and opted for non motor claims and I was just cut !!!! I am canceling this insurance and moving my insurance elsewhere yet you have debited me in December and feb but have not acted on my claim or have had decency to respond to me.
I submitted a claim to Hollard for my cellphone that was damaged by my child in December 2020. I submitted the claims via email to Their claims email Address - I sent the email easyclaims@hollard.co.za About 3 times and even Asked Do be called Back and no one even called back or acknowledged my email. Wow What service !!! I how so many specifies portable Items at Hollard including my home Contents and building But will Definitely be moving my insurance !!!
What a HORRIBLE experience At spur suncity vacation club! We Went There on 26 Nov 2020 and got bad bad service from spur at Vacation club at suncity from not just The waiter who had an attitude To the manager !!!! I will Not recommend this place at all! Problem is it’s The only spur at vacation club !
I am a frequent shopper at Woolies and have most of the time had a good experience on their quality. However the last 2 times within a space of a month o have bought clementines and bananas and both had fruits that were off! The first time they promptly assisted me in refunding me for the clementines. This time I have sent them email after email and they keep asking me for information that I said I no longer have like the packet of the bananas. I had sent them the barcode of the packet and the receipt and the pic of the bananas that were off! I don’t have the packet anymore of those bananas but keep getting told the I do I have provided them is not enough! One can clearly see from the picture that the bananas are off as well as the receipt as proof of purchase and the barcode of the packet of bananas I sent! It is now nearly 2 weeks and I keep getting emails thaf it’s not what they are looking for !!! Reference 20201118-402584280 I am a very disappointed woolies customer is this is the level of customer service or should I rather say the lack of !!! Please refund me for the bananas I bought which were spoilt!
I went to afrokids in rivonia and wow what a bad bad experience ! Staff rude especially the short biggish lady !!! No customer service whatsoever. Made appointment at 2 today get there and ladies confused and rude !!!! Don’t go there!!!
I have been trying to register for the vitality baby programme for nearly 3 weeks now as my baby is due the first week of March 2020 but keep getting an error that there is a problem with the service! How can it take so long to fix the error for such a huge company !!! And then ok too of that when I called the call center they said they don’t know how omg it’s going to take to fix . No turn Around time nothing !!! I even emailed them Before the call to the call center but they have still Not even bothered to respond! With the amount of money we pay to discovery for medical aid, this service is APPAULING if not pathetic to say the least ! Around time ano
I had such a bad experience with makro yesterday 9 January when I bought a washing machine. I was not decided on which machine to buy - the sales person was pushing for me to buy the AEG washing which was much more expensive ... I decided to go for the machine slightly cheaper than the AEG - The whirlpool. The sales person was clearly annoyed and just went to the manager and said customer wants that one! And he walks away! Wow! What great customer service ! i Asked that the machine be delivered by 12 as I had an appt and they agreed and assured me. It is now 14:03 and no one has called . I had to call makro about 7 times then finally spoke to Ekie and he said the delivery person was meant to call . They now give me excuse that there is something wrong with the machine ! Wow again! A brand new machine and they can’t tell me when it’s supposed to be delivered. What rubbish is that ! If it is not delivers today I want my REFUND!!!! Pathetic service
