DEMAND PAYMENT HARASSMENT
This useless organisation keeps sending me a demand for outstanding account despite me phoning them. Sending them email with Pop as well as on their whatsapp chat. They have the gall too keep calling but not fixing the problem. Rude as well.

Very disappointed with there quality of shoes. 3 rd pair of shoes and the sole and bottom of shoe literally disintegrated..was the most embarrassing situation of my life. First pair i ended up tracking broken plastic in a doctors waiting room. And by the time i got to see the doctor the soles collapsed totally. I had tl walk out bare feet. 2nd pair fortunately I was still at home and it broke exactly as before. Sole n heel in pieces. 3rd pair same issue. For the price of these shoes at R1200 each it is a big *******. DO NOT BUY FROGGIE SHOE EVER AGAIN. THEY ARE MADE WITH CHEAP ******* PLASTIC MATERIALS.

Very poor service Be ware of sakes consultants calling you on your upgrade with false contract offers. I was told my oackage will be R99 on smart data. Instead I received an email confirmation of R199. Despite many attempts via email to get this changed. Each time I receive a response of R199. This further to my telephonic conversation with Celc. Have requested cancellation of my contract which expired on 10 May..Awaiting there response..

Snatcher is a big snatch
Poor customer service. Order 22 July and still awaiting delivery. Had the same problem with my first order. The response time very slow and unable to contact them. Have requested a refund and still awaiting acknowledgement.

COMPETITION SCAM
If i could give it a zero I would havr. They are running a scam with the spin n win competition. They are aware that many times the spun n win does not work after one makes the purchase. Big time scammers On a few of purchases this icon has not worked ie..meaning i received ziltch awards. On complaining to the company I am advised to use a lnk for the competition and not to try using it via there app but to go into my browser to do that. Despite 4 failed attempts it still did not work. Customer service then reply that thier hands are tired and sends me a voucher code to use with my next purchase

Poor delivery service
Aweful delivery service. Always rescheduled delivery and delays. Takes too long from order to delivery of product. Frustrating if you need a product and have to wait 2 weeks or more for delivery for a product u have already paid for RIDICULOUS

Fantastic Customer service
I order via bidorbuy and the owner Fazel. Had the product couriered that very afternoon. He then followed up to check on whether it was received and if I was happy with my product. This is what customer service should be like.

Excellent customer service
Wow awesome service. I paid for my products and received my delivery early next morning. This business is in gauteng and it was delivered to Durban. Totally impressed with service

After my previous negative review I received a phone call from Anees who informed me the difficulty in obtaining the item from supplier. But he personally went to supplier and got the products for me. He Has advised that it is being couriered. And i should receive it within the next 2days. I am impressed with quick resolution to the problem

Overcharge on courier
Collusion with courier company. Delivery charges ridiculous. Not worth purchasing from.them. Equate the cost of the product with deliver it is cheaper to buy it elsewhere. Ripoff
