Be very very careful of upgrading your MTN contact with this company. Still waiting months for them to get back to us about misrepresentation when we 'upgraded' our MTN contract with EOS. MTN Acc. dept also does not seem to be interested in assisting us even though they are billing us and tell us we need to deal with EOS directly
Your driver delivered a package to me approximately a month ago but had a faulty biometric machine. When I asked him about a OTP so that I could take ownership of the package, he had no clue what I was talking about and refused to hand over my package. I'm still waiting for my parcel to be delivered. Can someone competent at DSV couriers contact me to assist me as it is very frustrating dealing with your company
It's been approximately a month since MTN committed to deliver a phone to us and between them and their courier company and outsourced call centers I still don't have the phone. Everyone passes the buck. Could somebody competent at MTN please contact me to assist with this.
Dhanesh is a superstar. He said he would contact me during the week with an update re. a new phone MTN is meant to be delivering to me. Even though MTN STILL does NOT have stock he phoned me to advise me of this. It's a pity that MTN is no where near as good as Dhanesh. If MTN was as good it would be a world class service. MTN - sit down with Dhanesh and learn how to service your clients.

I recently upgraded 3 contracts with MTN and between MTN and the courier service they use, they totally messed up. We then WASTED HOURS hours with the MTN contact centres and an MTN shop which were all totally useless. I thought I was dealing with a government dept. Fortunately I somehow got hold of Sanele from Customer Care as well as Cindy (Reception) who took ownership of the issue and have got the ball rolling (still waiting for this to be completely resolved but not any fault of Sanele and Cindy). Be careful of upgrading your contracts with MTN.

Good day Unisa promised to refund us when our daughter deregistered. It's been a couple of months now and we are still waiting. Seems to be a general issues on Hellopeter that Unisa's client service seems to be shocking. Not a good adverti*****t for a university ito client service and ethics
For 3 months now we have been billed for calls we have never made, including overseas calls. After numerous calls to Telkom who promise to investigate, they don't seem to follow up but continue to bill us for these calls we have never made. Also, when trying to call their call center, they close before their stated hours of operation. Very frustrating to deal with them
Thanks to Mpho Phokanoka and Fezzy Ndumela for assisting us super fast when we had a problem with our pipes in our bathroom and organizing for a plumber to attend to it very quickly. Also, thanks for following up with us to ensure that the problem was resolved.
