DISASTER!!!
I am highly disappointed and infact very much upset. I took a Vapsure policy via the cartrack broker services, everytime I call to enquire about the policy im being sent from pillar to post. I would never advise anyone to enter into other insurance policies via Cartrack it is such a disaster and yet they keep making debits each month. Such a waste of my month for the past 12 months!!!

Best in the Market
I have always known over the years that Outsurance is the best Insurance in the market but because of the quiet high premiums I couldn't afford it, I have decided to accept their Insurance recently because I know I would rather pay for convenience. My mom also uses Outsurance for Home Contents and Buildings she had a crisis with her TV and gyser and they are turnaround time to respond was the reason I immediately canceled my other Insurance and go join Outsurance. The best in the market.

Poor Service!!!
I'm very disappointed with the service from cartrack. I have a tracking device for my vehicle throught them and took my vehicle insurance through their broker services. They are so hard to get on calls when needing assistance and will make you wait forever till a consultant returns your call. I would never recommend anyone to take an insurance through their insurance department, the worst to deal with!!!

Bad/Poor/Disappointing Service
I don't know where to begin with the poor service I received from GWM Randfontein. I took my car in for a service and only at 4pm was notified that the car was not serviced because of some Haval changes on the system. I immediately called the customer care and right after the vehicle got service. I can't believe that I had to escalate this myself to get assisted and being in my situation 9 months pregnant having to sit an entire day with such disappointing service. I am not even convinced that the right thing was done on my vehicle because I didn't even sign any invoice nor see any job cart of the service. I would never recommend that anyone go to that branch...I am really ached!!! The lady at the service desk even left us sitting and knocked off without even notifying us what will happen once service is complete. I found that very rude such people should not have to assist customers, absolutely no customer service at all. GWM I AM HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!!!

Worst Network Provider.
The worst service provider for network connection. It's always offline, having connectivity issues. Do not opt for them if you have other options!!!

Poor Service
The worst and useless courier services. Iv been waiting for order to be delivered and till date nothing has been delivered it's almost a month now. I bought a furniture item fr Mr. Price home and they use city logistics for furniture item deliveries, till date I'm waiting each day I call they telle it's out on delivery. These shouldn't be used.

Very Poor Service
It's almost a month now that I am waiting for my Mr Price home order which is to be delivered by City Couriers a very useless logistics company. Iv made several calls and each time I'm just told the order is out for delivery. I'm very disappointed in both the City Couriers and Mr Price home.

Very Poor service!!!
After several calls I have made and this useless whatsapp service I still haven't been assisted in regards to my order. It's been close to a month waiting the furniture item I purchased at Mr Price home and till date they keep telling me about useless couriers. I want my refund, their service is very poor!!!

Bad service
I placed an order which includes 4 items 2 weeks ago for store pick up. Only 3 items were delivered which I went to pick up, my furniture item is still outstanding till today yet I keep calling daily to track my order and I keep being told that they are escalating to the delivery logistics. I'm very disappointed in Mr.Price home this is totally ridiculous!!!!
