Waiting period at three rivers brach just to renew an investment is ridiculous. I sat for 40min just for a lady to print out a statement. Really not happy with your service.

I made a online purchase 2weeks ago still no sign of any delivery!!!!i have left soooo many msges on games online help center,still no reply or any sign of life!!!!! I cant even find any info regarding my order online my money was taken and now there is no proof of any purchase!!!!!This is soooo dishonest it makes me sick, i am truly disgusted in your utterly poor service.....!!!!!!i will definitely be closing my account with game asap!!!
Worst service I have ever had!!! It has been a full week now of trying to cancel a reservation,yesterday i received the 1st response saying nobody is aware of any issues. It seems when they need to refund customers they avoid the problem??ive sent multiple emails i am still waiting for 7days now.
Worst service ever and a very RUDE agent called Riette, we have had non stop issues getting any service from this agency since 2018!!!we've had so much damage to our property because of no maintenance being done!!! Our levies is sky high started R1300 in 2018 now over R2000 but still if there is an emergency leak of water you wait weeks to get anyone to respond from the agent or she just doesn't do anything at all!!!! There are so much mold we can get healthy issues, but no one takes it seriously?? No maintenance people want to work at our complex due to not being paid? Where is the money going??? We are fed up!!!
Sasol in risiville has the worst service!!!!!! Took me 20min to buy coldrink and a pie!!!! Always 1 person at the till, card mashine not working, an the charge R1 for a plastic bag!!!!!
This is my 2nd review!!! Vodacom after 3months of no connection from a certain time every day till the next late morning, in three rivers caledon drive to be specific. We have logged numerous calls complaints and "you will get back to us" bull****!!!! We get the same answer we cant find any connection issues logged in your area??????? Then WHY dont we have any connection on our phones or wifi??? The complex had to change service providers so that we can phone the gate for F**** sake!!!! You people take our money and God forbid we cancel our debit order, you will give us over in a heart beat, but when we pay for a service we aren't provided with we can do nothing to resolve our issue!!!! I cant wait to end my contract with you people!!!
We live in three rivers, where we have several connectivity issues with vodacom!!!! My husband is on call some weeks and with having no signal can cause major issues regarding them not getting hold of him!!! We aren't able to use our internet as well for many weeks everyday after a certain time we have no connection (just like loadshedding ***???) it has been a month and we have escalated the issue to vodacom the 1st time we contacted them, they said they have issues with towers? 2nd 3rd 4th...... Time nobody has a clue what the hell is going on!!!! And they will get back to us.... Still waiting for your call vodacom??? I want to know why are we paying for a service that we are not receiving???? You are spineless!!!!!
Romans in Three rivers is pathetic!!! You need to call before you collect or for delivery, no matter how many times you call nobody answer the phone!!!!! This has happened numerous times and when you drive there it is some poor excuse - they were on the phone but we have been trying to call for over an hour????? This has happened so many times im sick of that place i hate buying anything from them!!!!!
