I've logged numerous tickets that just end up being "resolved" without the issue actually being resolved. I've gone on prepaid at the beginning of March 2022 and keep on getting invoices and SMS's from Vodacom stating that I'm in arrears and that my credit limit has been updated. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years but I'm fed up with this. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VODACOM TO ANYONE!
DO NOT make use of the ASAP app. It is the second time that an item that I've ordered is not delivered. Four emails later, R100 of airtime used to call customer care and my issue is still not resolved.
I've used UCOOK for the first time this week - what an utter disappointment! 👎 Issue 1: I was billed incorrectly. Issue 2: The courier services delivered our package to the wrong address, even though I spoke with two UCOOK representatives and the courier services. This was eventually sorted as I had to WhatsApp the courier guy directly. Issue 3: Only one out of three meals were delivered. I had to phone the courier guy to enquire what the situation is, just for him to respond that he is aware he only delivered one out of three meals but that head office advised him to deliver it anyway. I've sent numerous emails with no response. Is this standard practice? It's really unacceptable. 0/10 - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UCOOK! 👎
Literally the worst internet service provider ever! Would not recommend their service(s) to anyone. We've decided to go with Frogfoot as their packages seemed reasonable compared to others. The internet is constantly down or there is an outage in the area. This is a huge frustration as I work from home and now have to constantly buy data and create hotspot from my phone. This is unacceptable. We've been paying for a service we haven't been getting. This has been an ongoing issue for two months. Thier customer service department/centre is also completely useless. My husband has been trying to connect with Frogfoot via their customer service department directly via email and also via their social media platforms, but only received automatic responses. I repeat and conclude - they are USELESS.
Experienced horrible service this afternoon at the Europcar at Cape Town International Airport. The line was extremely long, with only two consultants available. We waited for almost an hour to be helped.
Good day, I hate to be your typical "Karen", but I've been experiencing terrible service at FNB the past two weeks and really hope that this issue gets escalated to avoid poor service in the future. It started with my credit card application at Woodlands around two weekends ago. After applying and providing the required supporting documents, the consultant at the Woodlands branch clearly stated that it would take 3-5 working days to be approved. After numerous calls to customer service, I was informed that the application was never processed. Which is a) unacceptable, and b) never communicated to me. The issue was then resolved and I was informed that Takealot will arrange delivery of my card within 48-hours. Three days later, I've received no communication from either FNB or from Takealot. I then phoned the Takealot delivery team and had to arrange the delivery myself. I'm not sure where the problem(s) crept in, but I really hope that it gets resolved sooner than later. Would not recommend Discovery Insure to anyone. I haven't been receiving my cash backs for the last three months and my trips are not being recorded correctly. I have been trying to contact both my broker and the BC assigned to him. The BC has just been reading my messages with no response. I would not recommend them at all.
I bought a Jekyll and Hide wallet for my boyfriend earlier this year at Frasers in Brooklyn mall. By the sixth month, the stitching went out completely. It was still under warranty, so I took it back. Frasers then advised me that they had to send it to the Jekyll and Hide warehouse to evaluate the product. This was four weeks ago. I've phoned three times, with no feedback. This is unacceptable. Also very disappointed in Jekyll and Hide's leather quality.
