I had a problem with my internet connection about 2 months ago. Fibre supp**** from vumatel. The issue was eventually resolved and I requested a refund as I was off for 2 weeks. I'm still waiting for a refund. My internet has now once again been off since the 17th. I logged a complaint on tbe 20th which was 48 hours ago and still no interest. Instead they send me a sms saying my problem has been resolved. When I question them their turnaround time jumps from 24 hours to 72 hours.
Zarking is an unlicensed online casino ****ming people out of their hard earned money. You make a deposit and if it's less than R350 whatever you win cannot be withdrawn. So you will then need to deposit the balance but if you took their first time user bonus of R168 then you still can't withdraw until you pay for vip2 status this one costs you R900. Please if you do go on this website once you put your banking details on take a video or screenshot because they change your banking details and blame you for it and then even to get just your deposit refunded you need to pay for vip3 this one costs you R2400 and then im sure they have another trick up their sleeve. They send you from live chat to a telegram page where you can speak to someone 24/7. They even said to me that God is watching them and they are doing nothing g wrong they said they are a legal site
My girlfriend was man handle by one of clientele sales people in mall of tembisa. When she pulled away he would not let her. She told him 3 times she is unemployed and could not pay for whatever he was selling. He said not to worry it's just a quote. In the conversation he asked about how many children she had and when she said none he said he will give her twins. Then the conversation was about me and how much older I am than her and once again he told her he can give her twins. I consider this as serial harassment and he crossed the line. While all this was going on he took her details including banking details. When she got back to the car she got sms saying thank you for taking a funeral policy and that the first payment will be deducted end of April. I went back into the mall and told him to cancell the policy which he said he couldn't do because every where was closed. What I expect from clientele is displanary action against this sales person with proof being sent to me. I also expect in writing an apology from the sales person to my girlfriend. This so called funeral policy to be cancelled. The sales man's name is khanya.
I opened a case against goldwagen with legalwise. After a while I had to contact them for feed back. A letter was then sent to goldwagen requested the refund, that was on the 14th November 2024. This morning I phoned back to get feedback but nothing I was put through to customer care. I'm just lucky this was not something serious like an arrest or I could still be sitting behind bars waiting for legalwise.
I am having issues with update/reset of my 2 prepaid meters. I've contacted citiq call centre Monday 25th November. Was on the phone for a total of an hour with no assistance. Just empty promises of assistance but 24 hours later nothing. I phone back today 26th November same story promises of assistance but nothing 44min on the phone for nothing. My 2 tenants now sit without electricty for a second night because the call centre help line are useless. I hope the call centre operators enjoy their power at home when they get there, while their customers they don't help sit in the dark. Great job guys great job.
I did an upgrade on my daughters phone on Tuesday with vodacom up grade centre(vodacom direct). In my order I explained that I need the phone delivered by Friday 11th. I also requested a green phone which was recorded as all the conversation are. On delivery which was on time an orange phone was delivered. When I enquired with after sales I was told I have to cancell that upgrade and go through the whole process again and it will take 5 to 7 working days they also told Me there is no one else that can change the phone sooner. I think when mistakes like this are made someone should get disciplined. They are no doing their job.
I purchased a gasket set from goldwagen but once getting it home I was not happy with the quality so decided to return it the next day, unopened, not damaged and in it's original packaging with the invoice. When I got there I was told I would be getting charged a 20% handling fee. According to their return policy it says" unwanted, unused parts will incur a 20 % handling fee if returned later than 5 working days of invoice date". I returned my goods the very next day so why was I charged. When I questioned the owner he simply said that's what our policy says and refused to listen. Other customers had returned goods while I was waiting and not one of them was charged the 20%. I will be taking a copy of the policy to my lawyers in the morning to get clarity on my rights.
I got a call from a vodacom upgrade number. The lady was very helpful explaining what upgrades I could get on what numbers. I then told her that I won't be doing upgrades now so without any warning she just hangs up the phone. Very bad manners. If this is the way vadacom customer care works I wondering if I should even stay with vodacom who I have been with since the beginning of cell phones.
I pat for a streaming package with dstv. Up until the middle of May I had no problem streaming. Then my app would not go into my profile so I Uninstaller the streaming app and tried to reinstall it but cannot find it. The call centre tell me my android tv is no longer compatible to stream dstv. They said the setting changed 1st April 2024. Funny I was still watching till middle May 2024. No notice was sent about these settings and now apparently I need to get a new tv in order to stream dstv on my smart tv. When I asked to speak to someone that was technically minded I was put om hold for 28 min and then the call centre operator just hangs up the phone. Very poor customer service and in general very poor service.
I have been in south africa since 1981 came here from rhodesia. I've been donating blood on and off since then. I have O+ blood and have donated 150 times over the years. The last time I was in zimbabwe was 1987. I worked in Mozambique in 2001. This has never been a problem with me donating blood. 2 months ago I went as usual every 2 months to donate blood at our work but was refused because I was born in rhodesia. I was told there is a three year waiting period and I can donate blood again in 2028. I haven't been in a malaria area since 2001. Well I have decided that SANBS have more than enough blood because they don't need mine. They will be at my work again tomorrow 07/05/2024. And I may not donate blood. In fact I will never donate blood and this is thanks to the incompetence of the staff at SANBS. GREAT JOB GUYS. WAY TO TURN AWAY DONORS
